Picking garments with a scanner

The scanner shows the storage location, product code, and required quantity. The employee finds the item, scans its code, confirms the position, and places it in a trolley, container, or box. The system then displays the next location.

These ranges are not the average salary in Poland and do not guarantee the same income for every candidate. The final amount depends on the hours actually worked, contract type, tax status, bonuses, and deductions.

For a contract of mandate, the statutory minimum rate from 1 January 2026 is PLN 31.40 gross per hour. For full-time employment under an employment contract, the minimum monthly salary is PLN 4,806 gross. Gross amounts cannot be compared directly with net rates in a vacancy: first check the contract type and calculation method.

• the guaranteed number of hours;
