Work in the clothing warehouse Sinsay, Reserved, and Cropp (LPP)

🧑🏻 Candidates: 
Men, women, family couples up to 55 years old.

📍 Work location: 
Poland, Pruszcz Gdański, Będzieszyn 103 (~15 km from Gdańsk).

💵 Salary:
- 31.40 zł/hour gross regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years of age (with student certificate);
- Monthly bonuses from 100 to 800 zł are provided, depending on work results.
Seniority bonus provided:
- For the period of work from 150 to 300 days, the bonus is 0.50 zł/hour net (0.62 zł/hour gross);
- After 300 days, the bonus increases to 1 zł/hour net (1.24 zł/hour gross).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 5 - 6 days a week;
- The working day lasts 8 - 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00;
- Shift rotation occurs weekly.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work, hence more hours. If there are fewer orders, the hours will be slightly less.

🛠 Duties:
Pick:
- Collect clothes using a scanner and place them in the appropriate locations, guided by system prompts.
Acceptance/shipping:
- Engage in receiving or loading goods. The work involves physical activity, so men work in this process.
R-Sort:
- Receive goods, check them for defects, and scan barcodes.
Other processes:
- Engage in product labeling, sorting goods, and removing magnetic clips from clothing.

The work may involve different processes. Who works where depends on the need at a particular moment. Everything is distributed on-site, so it cannot be told in advance. But all processes are understandable, and everything is calmly taught on-site.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 550 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- In case of renting accommodation independently, an additional 1.50 zł per work hour is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in a house or apartment;
- 3 or 4 people per room;
- Regular comfortable beds are provided at the housing;
- A separate room is provided for a family couple for comfort and coziness;
- Transportation from housing to the workplace is organized. Everything is thought through for your convenience so that you feel comfortable every day.

Umowa zlecenie.

- No need to lift anything heavy;
- Work processes take place at tables and conveyor lines, depending on the process;
- Work processes occur standing and in motion;
- No need to operate a forklift;
- Possibility to buy lunch in the canteen, and also bring it with you;
- The warehouse has a comfortable room temperature;
- Transportation to the workplace costs 100 zł/month;
- An advance is provided after 70 hours worked in the amount of 300 zł if living in employer's housing, 600 zł if renting your own housing;
- The salary is credited on the 15th of each month to the bank account for the previous worked month.
