🧑🏻 Candidates:

📍 City of work:
Work can take place in one of the following cities: Bielany Wrocławskie, Magnice, or Kąty Wrocławskie.

📍 City for registration:
Poland, Wrocław.

💵 Salary:
- 22,37 zł/hour net without signing the Pit-2 declaration.
- 26,65 zł/hour net with signing the Pit-2 declaration;
- 33 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Floating (shift) schedule;
- Day off can fall on a weekday, Saturday, or Sunday;
- Workday lasts 10 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 16:45;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 04:45;
- Shifts alternate monthly: one month day shifts, the next — night shifts;
- Unpaid break of 45 minutes is provided during the workday;
- On average, 220 - 240 hours can be worked per month.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders at the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and thus more hours. If there are fewer orders, correspondingly, the number of working hours will be somewhat less.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to work with a scanner and collect orders according to the invoice. It is also necessary to receive goods, carefully inspect them for damage, pack collected orders, and prepare them for further dispatch. 

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 650 zł per month (cost is deducted from the salary);
- In case of self-renting accommodation, there is a supplement of 1 zł for each working hour;
- Accommodation is provided in a house and apartment;
- 2, 3, or 4 people will live in a room;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are provided in the accommodation;
- A separate room is provided for a family couple to ensure comfort and coziness.

📌 Additional information:
- Good physical condition is required;
- The scanner can be chosen in Polish, Ukrainian, or English language;
- Safety rules apply on the territory of the warehouse, so wearing jewelry and piercings is not allowed, nor is bringing personal belongings like a phone, watch, tablets, and other personal items;
- Temperature in the warehouse is +18 - +25 degrees;
- Catering is available at the enterprise where you can buy a hot lunch for only 1 zł;
- Transportation to the workplace costs 180 zł (cost is deducted from the salary);
- Work shoes are provided for free. If not working at least one month, 110 zł will be deducted from the salary;
- Medical examination is conducted for free. If not working at least one month, 175 zł will be deducted from the salary;
- Advance is credited after 7 - 14 days of work;
- Salary is credited on the 25th of each month to a bank account for the previous worked month.

⏳ Minimum working term:
If planning to resign, it is essential to inform 2 weeks before resigning. There are no fines or deductions from the salary, the main thing is to notify on time.

💵 Salary:
- 26 zł/hour net, this amount already includes the additional payment for signing the PIT-2 declaration;
- 33 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with a student certificate);
- A bonus of 2 zł/hour gross can be received for 100% attendance;
- For overtime, an additional 14 zł/hour gross is paid.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 5–6 days a week;
- Days off can fall on a weekday, Saturday, or Sunday;
- The workday lasts 10 hours, sometimes shifts of 11 hours are possible;
- First shift from 06:00 to 16:45;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 04:45;
- Shifts alternate monthly: one month day, the next — night;
- During the workday, there is an unpaid break lasting 45 minutes;
- On average, you can work 220 - 250 hours per month.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders at the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, the number of working hours will accordingly be somewhat less.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities include working with a scanner, completing, packing, receiving and checking goods, preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining order in the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 850 zł per month (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- If you rent housing on your own, an additional payment of 1 zł for each worked hour is provided;
- Everything necessary for comfortable living is provided in the accommodation;
- Accommodation is provided in an apartment;
- 3 or 4 people will live in the rooms;
- Regular comfortable beds are provided at the accommodation.

📌 Additional information:
- There is catering at the enterprise, where you can buy a hot lunch for only 1 zł;
- An advance is provided after 7 days of work in the amount of 300 - 400 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 20th - 25th to a bank account.
