Only authorised WORKIUM employees and partners who require this information to provide our services have access to personal data. 

We do not sell personal data or disclose it to third parties for marketing purposes. Information may be disclosed only in cases provided for by applicable law. We ensure that access to personal data is always restricted and used only when necessary. 

How do we protect information? 

We use a range of modern technical and organisational measures to protect users' personal data and minimise the risk of loss, unauthorised access, or unlawful use.

For this purpose, we use a secure HTTPS connection when transferring data, modern server-infrastructure protection mechanisms (Firewall, WAF, Cloudflare), store information on protected servers in certified data centres, regularly create data backups, including through additional protection mechanisms, and update software promptly to eliminate potential vulnerabilities.

Only authorised employees have access to personal data in accordance with their job responsibilities. Different access levels are used for internal systems, and all important actions in the administrative section of the platform are recorded in logs, allowing us to monitor data handling and respond quickly to any suspicious activity.

For additional account protection, registration on the platform is confirmed using an SMS code. When restoring access to an account, we also use additional identity-verification methods to ensure that access is granted to the account owner.

We continuously monitor the platform's performance and security, regularly improve the protection system, and respond promptly to new threats to maintain a high level of security for our users' personal data.

How long is personal data stored? 

We follow the principle of keeping data for the minimum necessary period. Once the information is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymised.
