How to Report Fraud

All vacancies on the platform are reviewed before publication; however, new circumstances or information that we could not have known about earlier may arise after they are posted. If you become aware of possible violations of employment conditions, dishonest actions by an employer, or the unauthorised use of the WORKIUM name by third parties, please inform us. We will carefully review every report and, where necessary, conduct an additional investigation and take appropriate action.

When you should notify us

WORKIUM monitors whether employment conditions correspond to the information agreed with the candidate before departure. If, after arrival or starting work, you notice any differences from the agreed conditions, please inform us.

In particular, if:

• the working conditions, schedule, pay, or workplace have changed;

• the accommodation conditions do not match what was agreed;

• the employer requires additional payments that were not disclosed in advance;

• you are assigned to different work without prior agreement;

• third parties use the WORKIUM name or claim to be our employees;

• any other situation arises that causes concern or may violate your rights.

How to report a possible violation  

If you discover a possible violation or encounter a situation described above, contact WORKIUM support using any convenient method listed on the «Contacts» page. In your report, briefly describe the situation, state the vacancy or employer name, and, where possible, attach photographs, correspondence, or other materials that will help us carry out the review more quickly.

What happens after your report

Every report helps us maintain the quality of vacancies on the platform. After receiving a report, we register it, verify the stated facts, and assess all the circumstances. Where necessary, we may request additional information or clarification to examine the situation objectively.

If a violation is confirmed, WORKIUM takes action according to its nature and seriousness. Our responsibility — is to ensure that only employers who comply with the agreed employment conditions remain on the platform.
