Manufacturing and warehouse vacancies may involve two or three shifts, 5/2 or 6/1 schedules, and shifts lasting 8–12 hours. In retail and services, schedules are often variable. Conditions depend on the employer, so a general phrase in an advertisement does not replace the actual timetable.

Clarify:

• the times of all shifts;

• whether night work is compulsory;

• who decides whether the shift is extended;

• whether there is a Ukrainian-speaking or Russian-speaking coordinator;
