Chicken Production Jobs at Drobex

🧑🏻 Candidates:

💵 Salary:
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (upon providing a student certificate);
- An additional bonus of 350 zł net is provided if you work over 300 hours per month.

The payment level depends on the work process.
For packaging, meat deboning, warehouse, box washing, and household process, the rate is as follows:
- In the first three months, you will receive 24 zł/hour net;
- After three months of work, the rate increases to 25 zł/hour net;
- If you work for more than a year, the payment will be 25.50 zł/hour net. 

The rate for filleting, for operators, and for the weighing process:
- In the first three months, you will receive 24.50 zł/hour net;
- After three months of work, the rate increases to 25.60 zł/hour net;
- If you work for more than a year, the payment will be 26 zł/hour net. 

The rate for the slaughter process (hanging and eviscerating):
- In the first three months, you will receive 27.80 zł/hour net;
- After three months of work, the rate increases to 28.90 zł/hour net;
- If you work for more than a year, the payment will be 29.40 zł/hour net. 

The rate for the evisceration process:
- In the first three months, you will receive 24.80 zł/hour net;
- After three months of work, the rate increases to 25.90 zł/hour net;
- If you work for more than a year, the payment will be 26.30 zł/hour net. 

Additional bonuses are provided for working over 240 hours per month:
- If your work experience is up to 2 years, you will receive 150 zł net;
- If the experience is from 2 to 4 years, the bonus will be 200 zł net;
- If your experience exceeds 4 years, you can count on 250 zł net.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Saturday, sometimes work on Sunday is possible;
- The working day lasts 10 - 12 - 14 hours;
- Work is done in shifts, one week you work the first shift, the next week the second shift;
- Work in the slaughter process starts approximately at 03:00 or 04:00 and lasts 6 or 8 hours. After this, there is a break during which you can return home by company bus, and then you need to come back to finish the shift. If you perform your duties well, a continuous work schedule is possible without dividing the shift. Work is done from Monday to Friday, sometimes work on Saturday is possible;
- Work is done in day shifts, except for the washing process, which is done at night;
- During the working day, a 25-minute break is provided. If the shift lasts 12 hours, two breaks with a total duration of 45 minutes are provided, so you can rest and gain strength;
- On average, 220 - 300 hours/month.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders there are in meat production. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, correspondingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
Duties in the packaging process look like this:
- You need to pack finished products in trays and KFC nets, neatly stack boxes with products on pallets, apply stickers according to requirements, and check the quality of products before shipping.

Duties in the meat deboning process look like this:
- You need to cut the bone from the ham with an electric knife.

Duties in the filleting process, for operators, and in the weighing process look like this:
- You need to cut the fillet from the breast manually or with equipment, hook the bone with the fillet on hooks, remove the skin, weigh the products, and perform duties near the production machine.

Duties in the warehouse:
- You need to work with forklifts and assemble goods on pallets according to invoices.

Duties in the household process:
- You need to clean changing rooms, the kitchen, and toilets, issue work clothes, and also replace trash bags in the workshops, maintaining cleanliness and order at the facility.

Duties in the slaughter process:
- You need to take the chickens out of the boxes and hang them by the legs on special hooks.

Duties in the evisceration process:
- You need to monitor the automatic process of removing entrails, sort hearts, liver, and stomachs, as well as clean stomachs and legs according to established standards.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing in the city of Solec Kujawski costs 400 zł per month, and in the city of Bydgoszcz 500 zł per month (deducted from the salary);
- In case of self-rented housing, a supplement of 1.50 zł is provided for each working hour;
- You need to have your own bedding and dishes, as this is important for hygiene and your comfort.

📌 Additional information:
- The temperature at the facility is +6 - +13 degrees;
- Medical commission and sanitary book cost 260 zł (deducted from the salary);
- At work, it is prohibited to wear jewelry and to have gel nails and eyelashes;
- Advances are calculated after 7 - 14 days of work;
- The salary is calculated by the 25th of each month to a bank account for the previous month worked.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free travel, visa, residence card, temporary protection in Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum period of work:
The minimum period of work is 3 months. If you plan to resign, you must notify at least 2 weeks in advance. There are no fines or deductions from the salary, the important thing is to notify in time.
