Chicken Production Jobs at Drobex

💵 Salary:
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with a student certificate);
- An additional bonus of 350 zł net is provided if you work more than 300 hours per month.

The pay rate depends on the work process.
For packaging, meat deboning, warehouse, box washing, and housekeeping process, the rate is as follows:
- In the first three months, you'll receive 24 zł/hour net;
- After three months of work, the rate increases to 25 zł/hour net;
- If you work for more than a year, the pay is 25.50 zł/hour net. 

The rate for the filleting process, for operators and for the weighing process:
- In the first three months, you'll receive 24.50 zł/hour net;
- After three months of work, the rate increases to 25.60 zł/hour net;
- If you work for more than a year, the pay is 26 zł/hour net. 

The rate for the slaughtering process (hanging and eviscerating):
- In the first three months, you'll receive 27.80 zł/hour net;
- After three months of work, the rate increases to 28.90 zł/hour net;
- If you work for more than a year, the pay is 29.40 zł/hour net. 

The rate for the evisceration process:
- In the first three months, you'll receive 24.80 zł/hour net;
- After three months of work, the rate increases to 25.90 zł/hour net;
- If you work for more than a year, the pay is 26.30 zł/hour net. 

Additional bonuses are provided for working more than 240 hours per month:
- If your work experience is up to 2 years, you will receive 150 zł net;
- If your experience is from 2 to 4 years, the bonus will be 200 zł net;
- If your experience exceeds 4 years, you can count on 250 zł net.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Saturday, sometimes work on Sunday is possible;
- The working day lasts 10 - 12 - 14 hours;
- Work is shift-based, one week you work the first shift, the next week the second shift;
- Work in the slaughter process starts approximately at 03:00 or 04:00 and lasts 6 or 8 hours. After that, a break is provided during which you can return home by company bus, and then you need to come back to finish the shift. If you perform well, a continuous work schedule without split shifts is possible. Work is from Monday to Friday, sometimes work on Saturday is possible;
- The work is in day shifts, except for the washing process, which takes place at night;
- There is a 25-minute break during the working day. If the shift lasts 12 hours, two breaks totaling 45 minutes are provided for you to rest and recharge;
- On average, 220 - 300 hours/month.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders in the meat production. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
Responsibilities in the packaging process are as follows:
- It's necessary to pack finished products into trays and KFC nets, neatly stack boxes with products on pallets, apply stickers according to requirements, and check the quality of products before sending.

Responsibilities in the meat deboning process are as follows:
- You need to use an electric knife to cut the bone from the ham.

Responsibilities in the filleting process, for operators, and in the weighing process are as follows:
- You need to manually or with equipment cut the fillet from the breast, hang the bone with the fillet on hooks, remove the skin, weigh the product, and perform duties at the production machine.

Warehouse responsibilities:
- You need to work with narrow aisles and assemble goods on pallets according to invoices.

Housekeeping responsibilities:
- You need to clean locker rooms, kitchens, and toilets, issue work clothes, and replace trash bags in the workshops, maintaining cleanliness and order at the enterprise.

Responsibilities in the slaughtering process:
- You need to take chickens out of boxes and hang them by their legs on special hooks.

Responsibilities in the evisceration process:
- You need to control the automatic removal of entrails, sort hearts, liver, and stomachs, and also clean stomachs and paws according to established standards.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing in the city of Solec Kujawski costs 400 zł per month, and in the city of Bydgoszcz 500 zł per month (deducted from the salary);
- In case of self-rental, an extra payment of 1.50 zł is provided for each hour of work;
- You need to have your own bed linen and dishes, as this is important for hygiene and your comfort.

📌 Additional information:
- The temperature at the enterprise is +6 - +13 degrees;
- The medical commission and sanitary book cost 260 zł (deducted from the salary);
- It's forbidden to wear jewelry at work, have artificial nails and eyelashes;
- Advances are credited after 7 - 14 days of work;
- Salary is credited up to the 25th of each month to the bank account for the previous worked month.

⏳ Minimum work term:
The minimum work period is 3 months. If you plan to resign, you must definitely give 2 weeks' notice before leaving. There are no fines or deductions from the salary; the main thing is to inform in time.
