Work for cleaning a poultry factory production workshop

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 58 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Lubajny (~35 km from Olsztyn).

💵 Salary:
- 24,10 zł/hour net;
- 31,40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with a student certificate).

🕐 Working hours:
- Work from Monday to Saturday;
- Working day lasts 11 - 12 hours;
- Work from 18:00 to 05:00 or from 18:00 to 06:00;
- Work is only in night shifts.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on the amount of cleaning in the working shop. When production is more intensive, there are more shifts on the lines and more waste accumulates, cleaning takes more time, so the hours may be more. When the load is less, the workload decreases, and accordingly, the hours are slightly less.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- The work involves cleaning the production shop for processing chicken meat. Men deal with washing equipment and pallets using a high-pressure apparatus (kercher).
Women wash containers using a mechanized system, without manual washing.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Free accommodation is provided;
- In case of independent rental of housing, no additional payment is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- 2 people will live in the room;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are provided in the accommodation;
- A separate room is provided for a married couple so that it is comfortable and cozy;
- Transport to the workplace is provided.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes are performed on the move using special cleaning equipment;
- Sanitary book costs 200 zł (deducted from salary);
- The temperature at the enterprise is +19 degrees;
- Advance is provided after 7 days of work in the amount of 200 zł;
- Salary is credited by the 15th to the bank account.
