Work at Drosed chicken production

🧑🏻 Candidates:

If you have experience in similar productions and are slightly older than the specified age, this is not an obstacle. Everything can be discussed individually.

📍 City of work: 
Poland, Siedlce, Sokołowska 154.

Poland, Łódź.

💵 Salary:
Rate for persons over 26 years old:
- 25.40 zł/hour net regular rate;
- Provided 48 hours of work per week, each overtime hour is paid at a rate of 27 zł/hour net.
Rate for students under 26 years old (with a student certificate):
- 31.40 zł/hour net regular rate;
- Provided 48 hours of work per week, each overtime hour is paid at a rate of 33.40 zł/hour net.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 5 - 6 days a week;
- Working day lasts 8 - 12 hours;
- First shift from 05:45 to 13:45;
- Second shift from 13:45 to 21:45;
- In the slaughter department, work is from 02:45 to 10:45 and from 10:45 to 18:45;
- Additional working hours are possible, especially during the second shift;
- During the working day, there is a 20-minute break for rest and recuperation.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work and thus more hours. If there are fewer orders, there will correspondingly be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
Process of handling and cutting chicken:
- It is necessary to engage in cutting and deboning chicken, work with a knife, and process products according to established instructions. In the process, meat needs to be separated from bones, bones and cartilage removed, and products prepared for further stages of production. It is important to carefully execute all processes and adhere to safety rules at work.
Process of packaging and preparing products:
It is necessary to lay out finished products according to established requirements, work on the production line, and control the correct placement of products. You also need to weigh products, label them, and monitor the accuracy of marking. All processes are carried out step-by-step, following established standards.
Process of sorting and quality control:
- You need to check products for defects, carefully control their appearance and quality. Products also need to be sorted according to established requirements and select products that do not meet quality standards.
Process of preparing products in the slaughter department:
- It is necessary to work on the preparation of products at various stages of the production process. During the process, you need to perform hanging products, engage in cleaning and sorting, and prepare carcasses for further processing and subsequent stages of production. It is important to follow instructions and carefully execute all work processes.

Work may involve different processes. Who works where depends on the need at a given moment. Everything is distributed on-site, so it is not possible to say in advance. However, all processes are understandable, and everything is taught calmly on-site.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 550 zł/month (deducted from the salary);
- In the case of renting accommodation independently, there is a supplement of 2 zł for each working hour;
- 3 - 4 people will live in a room;
- A separate room is provided for a married couple to ensure comfort and coziness;
- Accommodation is within walking distance (30 minutes walk), you can easily walk to work. Everything is thought out for your convenience, so you feel comfortable every day.

📄 Work contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes are carried out standing by the conveyor line and at tables, depending on the processes;
- Temperature at the enterprise is +3 - +10 degrees;
- Due to sanitary requirements, you can only work without jewelry, piercings, false eyelashes, nails, and manicure. This is a mandatory condition for maintaining hygiene in production;
- Sanitary book costs 290 zł (deducted from the salary);
- Advance payment is provided after 14 days of work in the amount of 400 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 20th of each month to a bank account.

📋 Documents:
Visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents as agreed.

⏳ Minimum work term:
There is no minimum work term, but you need to give two weeks' notice before leaving. If leaving without notice, a 1000 zł fine is imposed.
