If you have experience working in meat enterprises and are slightly older than the specified age, it is not an obstacle. Everything can be discussed individually.

📍 Place of work: 
Poland, Siedlce, Sokołowska 154.

📍 Place of registration:
Poland, Łódź.

💵 Salary:
Rate for persons over 26 years:
- 25.36 zł/hour net standard rate;
- Provided that you work 47 hours a week, every overtime hour is paid at a rate of 27 zł/hour net.
Rate for students up to 26 years (with student certificate):
- 31.40 zł/hour net standard rate;
- Provided that you work 47 hours a week, every overtime hour is paid at a rate of 33.44 zł/hour net.

🕐 Working hours:
- Work from Monday to Saturday;
- Working day lasts 8 - 10 - 12 hours;
- The first shift starts at 03:45, 04:45, or 05:45;
- The second shift starts at 13:40;
- Often need to stay until 23:00 or even until 00:00;
- A 20-minute break is provided during the working day to rest and gain strength.

It is important to understand that you cannot choose work hours independently, as everything depends on the enterprise's workload. In the season, the working day usually lasts 10 - 12 hours, so you need to be ready for such a schedule. If there are fewer orders, the working day is 8 hours. This is a job feature, and you need to be ready for it as well.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You will be dismantling chicken carcasses, working with a knife, packing products into boxes weighing from 1 to 15 kg, sorting them into categories A and B, and also controlling quality by checking for bones, feathers, and other defects.

The work may be in various processes. Who works and where depends on the need at any given time. Everything is distributed on site, so it is impossible to say in advance. But all processes are understandable, and everything will be calmly taught on site.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 500 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- In case of independent renting, a bonus of 2 zł for each hour of work is provided;
- Accommodation in a house or apartment is provided;
- 3 or 4 people will live in a room;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are arranged in the accommodation;
- A separate room is provided for a family couple to ensure comfort and coziness;
- Accommodation is within walking distance (20 minutes on foot), and you can easily walk to work. Everything is thought out for your convenience to make you feel comfortable every day.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenia.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes take place standing at a conveyor line and at tables, depending on the processes;
- The temperature in the workshop is +5 degrees;
- Medical examination costs 150 zł (deducted from the first salary);
- Sanitary book costs 200 zł (deducted from the first salary);
- An advance is provided after 7 days of work in the amount of 300 - 400 zł;
- Salary is credited between the 20th and 25th of the month to a bank account.

📋 Documents:
EU citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence permit card, temporary protection in Poland, and other documents subject to agreement.

⏳ Minimum working period:
The minimum period of work is 3 months. If you plan to resign, you must notify 2 weeks in advance. There are no fines or deductions from salary, the main thing is to notify on time.
