Work in the production of meat products Animex

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, family couples up to 65 years old.

📍 City of work: 
Poland, Kutno, Koryta 10 (~70 km from Łódź).

📍 City of registration:
Poland, Świdnica.

💵 Salary:
- The basic salary is 4 806 zł gross per month;
- Overtime hours are paid at a rate from 24 zł/hour;
- Depending on the number of hours worked, you can earn approximately from 4 500 to 6 000 zł net per month;
- An additional bonus of 50 zł is provided for working on a holiday.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday, with possible working Saturdays sometimes;
- The working day lasts for 8, 10, or 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Overtime work is possible if the option is available at the company. This needs to be arranged in advance with the management;
- Work proceeds without night shifts.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders in meat production. If there are many orders, working hours will be more. If the volume of orders decreases, respectively, the number of working hours decreases.

🛠 Responsibilities:
Filleting process:
- It is necessary to separate meat from the bones, if needed, cut the fillet with a knife and carefully check the quality of the finished product.
Conveyor line work process:
- You need to monitor the correctness of processing and filleting of meat, check the quality of the product and ensure that there are no damages or defects.
Packing process:
- You need to place fillets in trays in portions of 300–500 grams, weigh the meat and ensure the correctness of packing the finished product.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 550 zł per month (amount deducted from the salary);
- If you rent housing independently, a supplement of 1,50 zł is provided for each hour worked;
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- Rooms accommodate 3–4 people;
- Rooms are equipped with regular single-tier beds;
- Separate rooms are provided for family couples;
- You need to have your own bed linen. It is also necessary to bring with you cooking utensils, including a pot and pan.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes are performed standing by the conveyor line;
- The temperature at the production site is from +5 to +10 degrees Celsius;
- During work, you need to use knives, including for trimming and processing fillets;
- An advance can be received after the first week of work and until the receipt of the first wage. After the first salary payment, advances are no longer provided;
- The salary is credited by the 10th of each month to a bank account for the previous worked month.

📋 Documents:

⏳ Minimum work period:
You need to work for a minimum of 4 months, otherwise 300 zł is deducted from the salary.
