Unlike the "Invite a Friend" program where you simply send a link and the person handles everything themselves, a recruiter personally supports the candidate — from first contact to departure.

This means you speak with the candidate directly: learn what kind of job they’re looking for, help them choose vacancies, and answer their questions. They think they’re working only with you. They may not even know about WORKIUM — and that’s fine. If they did, they might contact WORKIUM directly and you wouldn’t get the bonus. But since all interaction goes through you, the system attributes the candidate to your account and rewards you accordingly.

In practice, you simply tell us — in any convenient way — who you want to register and for which vacancy. No complex forms or applications. The rest — communication with the employer, document preparation, logistics — is handled by the WORKIUM team. The candidate doesn’t see the site or contact our team.

So when the candidate leaves for work and completes the required term, the bonus goes to you. The system knows this was your candidate because they were registered through your account. What you do with the money — keep it or share it — is up to you. They get paid — and you get a bonus for helping them. Everyone benefits.

Same goes for documents. If someone wants to apply for a visa or other documents, you just collect the info and send it to our WORKIUM specialist. Our team takes care of all the paperwork, while your client receives ready documents without any hassle — simple, fast, and without any actions required on your part. In addition, you decide what price to tell your client. That is, you pay WORKIUM only the fee listed on the website, and from the client you receive to your account the amount you consider appropriate, which includes your earnings.
