🧑🏻 Candidates:

💵 Salary:
- 22.68 zł/hour net without signing Pit-2;
- 24.47 zł/hour net when signing Pit-2;
- 25.36 zł/hour net for people under 26 years old;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with a student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work schedule is set directly at the factory;
- Day off is provided once a week, it can fall on weekdays, Saturdays, or Sundays;
- The working day lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- There is an opportunity to work overtime if you want to earn more;
- On average 168 - 250 hours/month.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work and thus more hours. If there are fewer orders, accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
For women:
- Work takes place on the line where you need to perform one of the production processes: separate the thigh with a knife into two parts, separate the meat from the bone, or pack chicken parts such as wings, legs, or fillets. It is also necessary to carry out a visual inspection of product quality. Another stage of work may involve packing finished products such as sausages or salami and quality control of the packed products.
For men:
- You need to load frozen meat into the machine and prepare minced meat according to the recipe. Minced meat is mixed in containers using special machines. Finished sausages are hung on the machine. The work also includes packing chicken or finished products, including sausages and salami. You need to monitor the quality of the packaged products so that everything meets the standards and is ready for shipment.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 650 zł/month (payment is made immediately);
- In case of independent rental of accommodation, there is a surcharge of 2 zł for each working hour (it needs to be clarified at the office during registration);
- Accommodation is provided in apartments;
- 2 - 3 people will live in a room;
- A separate room is provided for a married couple to ensure comfort and coziness;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are installed in the accommodation;
- You need to have your own bedding, as it is important for hygiene and your comfort.

📌 Additional information:
- Work takes place at a modern automated factory specializing in the production of chicken meat products;
- The factory is very clean and tidy, everyone works in white work clothes, which are changed after each shift. This helps to maintain a high level of hygiene and comfort while working;
- Work processes are carried out standing by the conveyor line or production machines;
- The weight of the products can range from 6 to 15 kilograms, and such weight needs to be lifted several times during the shift;
- Tea, coffee, and ready-made products, including sausages and cutlets, are always available in the canteen;
- There may be some noise from the equipment during work, but you quickly get used to it, as all equipment is modern and safe;
- The temperature at the factory is +4 - +6 degrees;
- A sanitary book costs 240 zł. Payment is made immediately, as the documents are processed personally and are valid for a long time;
- Due to sanitary requirements, you can only work without jewelry, piercings, false eyelashes, nails, and manicure. This is a mandatory condition for maintaining hygiene in production;
- Transportation to the workplace by public transport;
- Accommodation is provided in Opole during registration. The cost is 250 zł, payment must be made in cash immediately during registration;
- An advance is granted after 14 days of work in the amount of 300 zł;
- Salary is paid on the 15th of each month to a bank account for the previous worked month.

📋 Documents:

⏳ Minimum period of work:
The minimum period of work is 3 months. If terminated without one month's notice, a fine of 2000 zł is imposed. If you give advance notice, 500 zł is deducted.
