Work at Elitefood meat production

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 57 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Gostyń, Wrocławska 160 (~75 km from Poznań).

📍 Place of registration:
Poland, Opole.

💵 Salary:
- 22.68 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 25.36 zł/hour net for persons up to 26 years old;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with a student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
The work schedule from Monday to Friday is as follows:
- The working day lasts 10 - 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 16:00 or from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 16:00 to 02:00 or from 16:00 to 04:00.
The work schedule on Saturday is as follows:
- The working day lasts 8 hours;
- Work from 06:00 to 14:00;
- There is an opportunity to work overtime if you want to earn more;
- An average of 250 hours/month.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work and, accordingly, more hours. If there are fewer orders, then there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Duties:
First department:
- You need to control the quality of products on the conveyor, carefully divide the chicken carcass according to the instruction, working focused and consistently. Besides this, you need to deal with packaging and labeling the finished products.
Second department:
- You need to work on the conveyor while servicing machines, processing chicken parts, dividing them into smaller pieces, and cutting fillets to the required size. It is important to control the quality of products directly on the conveyor. You also need to maintain cleanliness and order at the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 550 zł/month (deducted from the salary);
- In the case of renting accommodation independently, a supplement of 2 zł for every hour worked is provided (need to clarify at the office during registration);
- Accommodation is provided in apartments or houses;
- 2 - 4 people will live in a room;
- A separate room is provided for a married couple to ensure comfort and coziness;
- Normal comfortable beds are arranged at the accommodation;
- You need to have your own bedding as it is important for hygiene and your comfort;
- Transport from accommodation to the workplace is organized. Everything is thought out for your convenience, so you feel comfortable every day.

Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- The factory does not conduct slaughter. Ready chicken carcasses are brought, and your task is only packing them;
- Work processes take place standing by the conveyor belt or production machines;
- The temperature at the factory is +5 - +10 degrees;
- The sanitary book costs 300 zł (deducted from the first salary);
- Due to sanitary requirements, work can only be done without jewelry, piercings, false eyelashes, nails, and manicure. This is a mandatory condition for maintaining hygiene in production;
- You need to bring lunch with you;
- Accommodation is provided in Opole during the registration process. The cost is 250 zł, payment must be made in cash immediately during registration;
- An advance is credited after 14 days of work in the amount of 300 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 15th of each month to the bank account for the previous worked month.

📋 Documents:
EU Citizenship, visa-free travel, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents upon agreement.

⏳ Minimum period of work:
The minimum period of work is 4 months. If you resign without prior notice of 1 month, a fine of 2000 zł is withheld. If you notify in advance, 500 zł is deducted.
