🧑🏻 Candidates:

📍 Workplace:
Poland, Tychy, Strefowa 31 (~25 km from Katowice).

📍 Registration city:

💵 Salary:
- 33 zł/hour gross — regular rate;
- For students under 26 with a student certificate, the gross rate equals the net rate;
- The salary amounts to approximately 5540 zł gross for 168 worked hours per month, and for 240 hours you can earn approximately 8300 zł gross;
- If you work more than 48 hours per week, a 25% extra pay is provided for each additional worked hour;
- There are no extra pays for night shifts, weekend, and holiday work.

The size of the salary depends on the number of worked hours. The more hours you work, the higher the earnings will be.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Floating (shift) work schedule;
- A day off can fall on a weekday, Saturday, or Sunday;
- You can choose the duration of the working day by yourself — 8 or 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 15:00;
- Second shift from 15:00 to 00:00 or 03:00;
- A 15-minute break is provided during a 9-hour shift;
- On average, you can work 200–240 hours per month.

It's important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, the working hours will be more. If the volume of orders decreases, accordingly, the number of working hours decreases as well.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to work on a conveyor line, pack raw meat, steaks, semi-finished products, and other food products into special trays, and also timely replenish packaging material stocks to ensure the packaging process runs without delays.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 750 zł per month in rooms for 3–4 people or 850 zł per month in rooms for 2 people (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- A deposit of 200 zł is required before settling in;
- An additional pay of 1 zł for each worked hour is provided to cover accommodation or commute to work costs;
- Accommodation is provided in two-story houses or apartments;
- 2–4 people will live in rooms, depending on the chosen accommodation option;
- Standard single beds are installed in the accommodation;
- The commute to work is carried out by public transport and takes approximately 25 minutes. Public transport also runs after the second shift ends at 00:00 or 03:00. 

If you start working and stay at the accommodation, the deposit is fully returned after 30 days of work. If you settle in but for some reason do not start working, the amount is partially refunded with a deduction of 30 zł for each night of stay.

📌 Additional information:
- The work takes place at a food production facility, where raw meat, steaks, semi-finished products, and other food products are packed;
- Most working processes are performed while standing, so you need to be prepared to spend a significant part of the shift on your feet;
- The temperature in the production facility is approximately +6–8 degrees. This is necessary for the proper storage and packaging of meat products;
- During work, there may be a need to lift boxes or crates weighing up to 20 kg;
- Working with knives or other sharp instruments is not required;
- The enterprise has appearance and hygiene requirements. Long nails, lashes, and jewelry are not allowed;
- Before starting work, you need to undergo a medical examination and obtain sanitary-epidemiological documents. The cost is 200–250 zł (the amount is deducted from the salary). Assistance with registration is provided, and the entire process takes about 1–2 days;
- For work in a cool room, warm work clothes are provided. After finishing work, you need to return them, then there is no additional charge required;
- An advance of 200 zł can be received after 10 worked days;
- The salary is credited to the bank account by the 20th of each month for the previous worked month.

📋 Documents:

⏳ Minimum work period:
The minimum work period is 3 months. If you decide to finish work earlier, 1000 zł will be deducted from the last salary.
