Work in bread production at the Piekuś bakery

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 55 years old.

📍 Workplace location: 
Poland, Inowrocław, Nowa 2b (~40 km from Bydgoszcz).

📍 Location for formalities:
Poland, Bydgoszcz.

💵 Salary:
- 24.50 zł/hour net with Pit-2 signed;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student verification);
- Bonuses up to 400 zł per month are provided;
- After 6 months of work, it is possible to increase the rate by 0.50 zł per hour. The final decision is made by the coordinator.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Flexible (shift) schedule;
- Day off can fall on a weekday as well as Saturday or Sunday;
- Working day lasts 8 - 10 hours;
- Work in day and night shifts;
- There is an opportunity for overtime if you wish to earn more;
- During the workday, a paid break of 15 minutes is provided;
- Couples work in different shifts, so a joint work schedule is not offered;
- On average, you can work 170 - 230 hours per month.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders in the bakery. If there are many orders, there will be more work and hence more hours. If there are fewer orders, there will be correspondingly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to assist in the production of bakery goods, prepare raw materials and ingredients for further production, work with scales, and participate in dough preparation for various types of bread. You also need to prepare sheets and forms for baking, pack finished products, assemble orders for dispatch, and maintain cleanliness and order at the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 500 zł per month (the cost is deducted from the salary);
- Accommodation is provided at a hostel;
- The room will house 3 - 4 people;
- Regular comfortable beds are arranged in the accommodation;
- For couples, a separate room is provided to ensure comfort and coziness;
- You must have your own bed linen as it is important for hygiene and your comfort;
- Two housing options are provided: one is located near the bakery, and from the other, it takes about 30 minutes to walk to work. Accommodation is provided depending on the availability of free spaces at the time of check-in.

📌 Additional information:
- It is important to be ready for physical work;
- Work processes are carried out standing and in motion. Work is done at production tables, near ovens, and dough mixers, depending on the tasks set;
- The temperature at the bakery is +30 degrees Celsius;
- The work involves physical exertion. Men may shovel bags of flour into the dough mixer, with each bag weighing up to 25 kg. Women may stack finished products into boxes, such as up to 20 loaves of bread. The weight of a filled box is approximately 10 - 13 kg;
- Wearing jewelry, having artificial nails or eyelashes is not allowed during work;
- Smoking on the company premises is prohibited, including during breaks;
- Lunch needs to be brought with you;
- Work clothing and footwear are provided free of charge. If the work period is less than 1 month, 150 zł will be deducted from the salary;
- Medical examination costs 260 zł (cost deducted from salary);
- Advances are credited after 7 - 14 days of work;
- Salary is credited to the bank account before the 25th of each month for the previous month's work.

⏳ Minimum work term:
The minimum period of work is 3 months. If you plan to leave, you are required to notify 2 weeks in advance. There are no fines or deductions from salary, the main thing is to inform in time.
