Work in bread production at the Piekuś bakery

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 55 years old.

📍 Work location: 
Poland, Inowrocław (~40 km from Bydgoszcz).

📍 Registration city:
Poland, Bydgoszcz.

💵 Salary:
- 24.50 zł/hour net when signing Pit-2;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with a student certificate);
- Bonuses up to 400 zł per month are provided;
- After 6 months of work, a bonus of up to 0.50 zł per hour may be added to the rate. The final decision is made by the coordinator.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Flexible (variable) schedule;
- The day off can fall on a weekday or on Saturday or Sunday;
- The working day lasts 8 - 10 hours;
- Work in day and night shifts;
- There is an option to work overtime if you wish to earn more;
- During the working day, a paid break of 15 minutes is provided;
- Married couples work in different shifts, so a joint work schedule is not provided;
- On average, you can work 170 - 230 hours per month.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders there are in the bakery. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and thus more hours. If there are fewer orders, there will accordingly be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to assist in the production of bakery products, prepare raw materials and ingredients for further production, work with scales, and participate in the preparation of dough for various types of bread. You also need to prepare sheets and forms for baking, pack finished products, complete orders for dispatch, and maintain cleanliness and order at the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 500 zł per month (the cost is deducted from the salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- 3 - 4 people will live in a room;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are arranged in the accommodation;
- A separate room is provided for a married couple to ensure comfort and coziness;
- You need to have your own bed linen as it's important for hygiene and your comfort;
- Two housing options are provided: one located near the bakery, and the other one requires about 30 minutes' walking to work. The place of residence is provided depending on the availability of free spots at the time of check-in.

📌 Additional information:
- It is important to be prepared for physical work;
- Work processes take place standing and in motion. Work is performed at production tables, near ovens, and dough mixers, depending on the tasks set;
- The temperature at the bakery is +30 degrees;
- The job involves physical activity. Men may pour bags of flour into the dough mixing machine, each bag weighing up to 25 kg. Women may stack finished products in boxes, for example, up to 20 loaves of bread. The weight of a filled box is approximately 10 - 13 kg;
- It is not allowed to wear jewelry or have artificial nails or eyelashes during work;
- Smoking on the premises, including during breaks, is prohibited;
- You need to bring lunch with you;
- Work clothes and shoes are provided free of charge. If the work term is less than 1 month, 150 zł will be deducted from the salary;
- A medical examination costs 260 zł (the cost is deducted from the salary);
- Advances are credited after working 7 - 14 days;
- Salary is credited to a bank account by the 25th of each month for the previous worked month.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, Pobytu card, Poland's temporary protection, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum term of work:
The minimum period of work is 3 months. If you plan to quit, you must notify 2 weeks before the resignation. There are no fines or deductions from the salary, the main thing is to inform timely.
