Work in the Aurora clothing warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:

📍 Work location:
Poland, Kąty Wrocławskie, Logistyczna 5  (~25 km from Wrocław).

📍 Registration city:
Poland, Wrocław.

💵 Salary:
- 25.55 zł/hour net when signing Pit-2;
- ​27.55 zł/hour net for drivers;
- 33 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (upon availability of student certificate);
- Additional bonus for work efficiency and productivity is provided.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Working 6 days a week;
- Workday lasts 10 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 16:45;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 04:45;
- One day off is provided after every six working days;
- On average 200 hours/month;
- A 30-minute break during the workday is provided to rest and recharge.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on the amount of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work and, consequently, more hours. If there are fewer orders, the hours will be slightly less.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to sort goods for shipment to clients, place clothes after returns on shelves, pack and compile orders according to the shopping list from the online site. The job also involves using a scanner with graphical marks. It is important to maintain order and cleanliness in the workplace to ensure an organized and comfortable process.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 930 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- If you rent accommodation independently, an additional 1 zł is paid for each worked hour. If you live independently but use the transportation organized by the employer, the additional 1 zł per hour is not credited;
- Accommodation is provided in apartments and houses;
- 2 - 4 persons will live in a room;
- A separate room is provided for a married couple to ensure comfort and coziness;
- The accommodation has regular comfortable beds;
- You need to bring your own bed linen as it is important for hygiene and your comfort.

Accommodation is provided depending on the availability of free places, so unfortunately there is no possibility of choosing specific accommodation. The final decision depends on the load of accommodation at the time of your arrival.

📌 Additional information:
- Work takes place in a new modern clothing warehouse in comfortable conditions. All processes are performed standing, without physical exertion, and do not require any special skills;
- Order assembly is done using a scanner that supports multiple languages;
- Training lasts only one day, after which you can fully start working;
- Gradual efficiency standards are implemented so you can calmly get used to the work and learn all the processes. On the first day, the productivity standard is not set. On the second day, 50% efficiency is required, on the third — 65%, on the fourth — 80%, on the fifth — 90%, and from the sixth day, full productivity standard is expected, i.e., 100%;
- Performance standards are set at each stage of work. During the compilation, you need to gather 90 to 100 units of goods, and during stacking — 225 to 250 units. All indicators are quite achievable, especially after a short training period;
- Lunch needs to be brought with you, there is a canteen with a refrigerator on the warehouse territory where you can comfortably snack during a break. There are also vending machines for drinks and sweets, so you can always quickly cheer up with coffee or grab something tasty;
- On days of increased load, such as during Black Friday or the Christmas period, the rate is increased by 1 zł/hour;
- In the product department, it is forbidden to bring food and sweets, wallets and coins, caps, keys, cosmetics, electronics and phones, opaque water bottles or thermoses, lighters, matches, electronic cigarettes, medicines, jewelry, watches, bracelets, sunglasses, as well as belts with metal buckles or piercings. Only working devices registered at security are an exception;
- Accommodation is provided in Wrocław during the registration process. The cost is 250 zł, to be paid in cash immediately upon registration;
- An advance payment is made after 14 days of work in the amount of 300 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 15th of each month to the bank account for the previous worked month.
🚍 Free transportation is provided from the following locations:

European Union citizenship, visa-free travel, visa, residence card, temporary protection in Poland, and other documents as agreed.

⏳ Minimum work term:
The minimum work period is 3 months. If you resign without notice for 1 month, a fine of 2000 zł is withheld. If you notify in advance, 500 zł is deducted.
