Work at Sinsay, Reserved, and Cropp (LPP) clothing warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women up to 55 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Rzeszów, 949B.

💵 Salary:
- 31.40 zł/hour gross regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with student certificate);
- If you diligently meet the standards, you can receive an additional bonus of 100 to 800 zł. The final decision on its payment is made by the management.
A seniority allowance is provided:
- For a work period of 150 to 300 days, the allowance is 0.50 zł/hour net;
- After 300 days of work, the allowance increases to 1 zł/hour net.

🕐 Working hours:
- Work 5 - 6 days a week;
- A working day lasts 8 - 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 16:00;
- Second shift from 16:00 to 02:00;
- Rotations occur weekly.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work and, consequently, more hours. If there are fewer orders, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
Przyjęcie/wysyłka:
- You will receive and load goods. This process is carried out by men.
R-Sort:
- You will check goods for defects and scan barcodes.
Pack:
- You will pack goods.
Pick:
- You will collect and sort clothes, label products, and remove magnetic clips.

The work may involve different processes. Who works where depends on current needs. Everything is allocated on site, so it's impossible to say in advance. But all processes are clear, and everything will be calmly taught on site.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 550 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- In case of independent rental, an allowance of 1.50 zł for each working hour is provided (up to 300 zł/month);
- Accommodation is provided in a house or apartment;
- 3 or 4 people live in a room;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are arranged in the accommodation;
- A separate room is provided for a family couple for comfort;
- It is not possible to live with children and pets in the accommodation.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- No need to lift anything heavy;
- Work processes take place at tables and conveyor lines, depending on the process;
- Work processes involve standing and movement;
- No need to operate a forklift;
- Meals can be purchased in the cafeteria and also brought with you;
- The warehouse has a comfortable room temperature;
- Transport to the workplace is provided at a cost of 100 zł/month;
- An advance payment is provided after 70 hours worked in the amount of 300 zł if living in employer-provided housing, 600 zł if you rent your own housing;
- Salary is credited on the 15th to the bank account each month for the previous month worked.
