Work in the Zara and Bershka (Inditex) clothing warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates: 
Women aged up to 52 years.

📍 Work location:
Poland, Tarnowo Podgórne, Sowia 31 (~25 km from Poznań).

💵 Salary:
- 24.18 zł/hour net for individuals aged 26 and above;
- 25.35 zł/hour net for individuals under 26 years of age;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with a student certificate);
- For independent travel to the workplace, an additional allowance of 0.70 zł/hour net is provided.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 5–6 days a week;
- The working day can last 8, 10, or 12 hours;
- Work takes place in day and night shifts.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. However, if the volume of orders decreases, the number of working hours will also decrease accordingly.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- It is necessary to collect and pack orders, work with a scanner and computer, as well as process returns of goods.

🏠 Accommodation: 
- Accommodation costs 620 zł per month (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- If you rent housing independently, an allowance of 1.80 zł for each worked hour is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- 3–4 people will live in the rooms;
- Regular comfortable beds are available in the accommodation;
- It is possible to live with a child. The cost of living for a child is 1000 zł per month (the amount is deducted from the salary).

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes are performed standing and in motion, depending on the department you will work in;
- Operating a forklift during work is not required;
- The warehouse has a canteen and vending machines with food and drinks. You can bring lunch with you or buy a light snack in the vending machines, such as sandwiches or snacks;
- The medical examination costs 100 zł. If you work for more than 6 months, you do not need to pay for it, and if the period of work is less, the amount is deducted from the last salary;
- Work clothes are provided free of charge provided you work for at least 6 months;
- An advance can be received after 14 days of work in the amount of 300 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 15th of each month to the bank account for the previous worked month.
🚍 Transportation from Poznań is provided from the following stops:
- Lotosowa 5, 60-175 Poznań;
- Zimowa 94, 62-064 Plewiska;
- Lawendowa 27, 60-175 Poznań;
- Daliowa 40, 60-175 Poznań.

💵 Salary:
- 25 zł/hour net, this amount already includes an additional 1.50 zł for signing the PIT-2 declaration;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate);
- A bonus for meeting norms ranging from 500 to 1000 zł per month is provided. 
The following additional payments are provided for more hours worked:
- +0.50 zł/hour — over 200 hours per month;
- +1.00 zł/hour — over 230 hours per month;
- +1.50 zł/hour — over 300 hours per month.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Floating (variable) schedule;
- Days off may fall on weekdays, Saturday or Sunday;
- The workday lasts 8–12 hours;
- During the workday, there are two paid 15-minute breaks.
Work schedule for an 8-hour workday:
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00.
Work schedule for a 12-hour workday:
- First shift from 07:00 to 19:00;
- Second shift from 19:00 to 07:00.

It's important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of warehouse orders. If there are many orders, there will be more work, hence more hours. If there are fewer orders, accordingly, the number of working hours will be somewhat less.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to assemble orders using a handheld scanner, pack goods according to established standards, sort, label, and prepare parcels for dispatch. You also need to accept deliveries, check goods, control returns, place products on shelves using a scanner, and check, sort, and repackage returned clothing. For men, additional tasks include preparing cardboard boxes, loading and unloading parcels, moving goods, and performing physical tasks.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 450 zł per month (amount deducted from the salary);
- If you rent accommodation on your own, an additional 2 zł net is provided for each hour worked, as well as 1 zł net for independent travel to the workplace. For students, an additional 1 zł net is provided for each hour worked and 1 zł net for independent travel to the workplace;
- Accommodation is provided in a house or apartment;
- Rooms will house 3 or 4 people;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are arranged for accommodation;
- Separate rooms are provided for married couples.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa Zlecenia. After 6 months of work, there is an opportunity to switch to Umowa o Pracę.

📌 Additional information:
- The warehouse has several departments. Training on all processes takes place during the first 3–5 days, after which you are assigned to one of the departments. Distribution occurs on the first day of training. If you already have experience in a specific process, there is an opportunity to join that department. Transfer to another process is possible if necessary;
- For comfort, the warehouse is equipped with a canteen with refrigerators, kettles, and sandwich vending machines, and individual lockers are provided in the changing room and directly at the workplace;
- Wearing any jewelry, including rings, earrings, piercings, and chains, is not allowed on the warehouse premises. Also, using a mobile phone or electronic watch during work is prohibited;
- The commute to work costs 200 zł per month (amount deducted from the salary);
- Medical examination costs 150 zł per month (amount deducted from the salary);
- Work clothes are provided free of charge under the condition of at least 3 months of work. If the work period is shorter, 300 zł is deducted from the salary for the set;
- An advance payment is provided after 7 days of work in the amount of 300 - 400 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 20th - 25th to a bank account.
