Work at Asos (Ceva) clothing warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 50 years old.

📍 Work Location:
Poland, Łozienica, Prosta 40 (~40 km from Szczecin).

💵 Salary:
- 25.36 zł/hour net standard rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student ID);
- A bonus of up to 15% is provided for quality work, compliance with established norms, and absence of absences;
- A meal allowance of 9 zł per day is provided.

🕐 Work Schedule:
- Flexible (rotating) schedule;
- Days off can fall on weekdays or on Saturday or Sunday;
- Shifts alternate every 5 working days, after which 2 days off are provided for rest. Depending on warehouse needs, the working week may consist of 5, 6, or 7 days;
- The working day lasts 8, 10, or 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 04:00 or to 06:00;
- The work schedule is sent once a week and is planned from Wednesday to Wednesday;
- For an 8-hour shift, a paid break of 30 minutes is provided. If the shift lasts 12 hours, an additional 10 minutes of break is provided. During hot periods, an additional 10 minutes for rest is provided;
- On average, one can work 168–220 hours per month. During the season, the number of hours can increase to 300, with the most work usually in autumn.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work and hence more hours. If there are fewer orders, accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
Pick Department:
- It is necessary to collect orders according to the list using a handheld scanner. This is the main process in the warehouse, so most people work here. The work involves a lot of movement, requiring a lot of walking during the shift, sometimes up to 20,000 steps.

Pack Department:
- Orders need to be packed according to established standards and instructions. A computer, printer, and handheld scanner are used in the work. For women, this process is done standing.

Dispatch Department:
- Prepared orders need to be ready for dispatch to various countries in Europe, using a handheld scanner. The work is physical and intended for men.

Returns Department:
- It is necessary to receive returned goods from clients, check their condition, scan, and place them in appropriate storage locations. A computer and a handheld scanner are used in the work. For women, the process is done standing; for men, physical work is required.

Work can be in one of several processes. The process you are assigned to depends on warehouse needs. All tasks are simple and clear, with training provided before starting work.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 750 zł per month (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- No additional payment is provided for independent rent;
- Accommodation is provided in a house;
- 2–4 people will live in a room;
- The accommodation is equipped with standard comfortable beds;
- Separate rooms are provided for married couples;
- You need to have your own bed linen, as this is important for hygiene and your comfort;
- Before settling in, a deposit of 200 zł is required. After one month of work, this amount is fully refunded.

📌 Additional Information:
- A desire to work and readiness for a shift schedule is sufficient;
- Depending on the process, work is done in motion or standing at a table using a handheld scanner. During the shift, it is possible to walk up to 8 kilometers. Sometimes, it may be necessary to climb a small step to reach clothes from shelves. The work is not physically difficult, but most of the shift requires being on your feet;
- Smart Lunch is provided for free. If desired, a full meal can be purchased with an additional payment of 9 zł per day;
- Work clothes and shoes are provided, namely a black T-shirt and pants. Women additionally need to have their own black leggings or pants without pockets;
- Paid training is provided before starting work, which lasts 10 days;
- Smoking is prohibited on the warehouse territory;
- For safety during work, it is not allowed to wear jewelry, or bring a phone or drinks to the workplace;
- Transport to the workplace is provided. From Monday to Friday, public transport can be used for free. On Saturday, Sunday, and during evening and night shifts, organized transport costs 20 zł per month;
- An advance is provided after 5 days of work in the amount of 300 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 15th of each month for the previous month worked.

- Knowledge of the Polish language and work experience is not required;
- The work is simple and clear, with training provided before the start, demonstrating each stage in practice;
- Assistance is provided in obtaining a residence card.

A minimum of 4 months is required, otherwise, 1,500 zł will be deducted from the salary.
