Work at the Zalando clothing warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 50 years old. 

📍 Work location:
Poland, Głuchów, Inwestycyjna 1 (~30 km from Łódź).

💵 Salary:
- The average salary is 5020 zł gross per month;
- A monthly bonus of up to 15%, approximately 600–700 zł gross, is provided for meeting the set standard;
- An additional bonus of up to 320 zł gross is provided for exceeding the standard by more than 102%;
- An additional payment of 85 zł gross is provided for each worked Saturday or Sunday;
- Overtime is paid with a 50% surcharge, and on Sundays and holidays — 100%.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Floating (variable) schedule;
- Two days off per week are provided, which can fall on weekdays, Saturday, or Sunday;
- First shift from 05:40 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 13:45 to 22:00.
There is also a separate option to work only in the night shift:
- Night shift from 21:45 to 06:00;
- Work from Sunday to Thursday, with every fourth Sunday off, and instead, you work on Friday.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders at the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. If the volume of orders decreases, the number of working hours will decrease accordingly.

🛠 Duties:
- You need to accept goods, open boxes, scan and place products in the appropriate places in the warehouse. You also need to assemble and pack orders, prepare them for dispatch, check and sort products returned by customers. A scanner is used for work, showing where to take and place the product, after which the correctness of placement is confirmed by scanning the barcode.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation is not provided, so you need to have your own housing;
- There is no additional payment for independent rent of housing.

📌 Additional information:
- The work is carried out at a warehouse of an online store selling clothing, footwear, accessories, and cosmetics;
- The products are mostly lightweight, you do not need to lift heavy items during work;
- A sanitary book for employment is not required;
- Workwear is provided free of charge;
- You can purchase a hot lunch at the warehouse for 1 zł;
- Free transportation to and from the workplace is provided;
- Transportation by personal or public transport is not reimbursed;
- An advance payment can be received once after 7 worked days;
- Salary is paid on the 10th of each month.
🚍 Free transportation is provided from the following locations:
- Łódź — Krasickiego, Kaliska;
- Pabianice;
- Piotrków Trybunalski — Focus, Sulejowska/Wierzeje, Moszczenica;
- Bełchatów.

📋 Documents:

⏳ Minimum work period:
You need to work for at least 3 months. If you finish your work before this period, from 500 to 1000 zł will be deducted from your salary.
