Work in the Zara clothing warehouse (ID Logistics)

🧑🏻 Candidates: 
Women aged 19 to 50 years.

If you have warehouse work experience and are slightly younger or older than the specified age, it will not be an obstacle. Everything can be individually discussed.

📍 Work location:
Poland, Stryków, Sosnowiec 15a (~30 km from Łódź).

📍 Registration city:
Poland, Łódź.

💵 Salary:
- 26,00 zł/hour net with 100% attendance without sick leave and other absences. This amount already includes a bonus of 2 zł for signing the PIT-2 declaration;
- 25,36 zł/hour net if attendance is less than 100%. This amount already includes a bonus of 2 zł for signing the PIT-2 declaration;
- 32,00 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate) with 100% attendance;
- 31,40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate) if attendance is less than 100%;
- An additional bonus of up to 500 zł gross is provided for good attendance and efficient work.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 5–6 days a week;
- The day off can fall on a weekday, Saturday, or Sunday;
- If working day falls on a Sunday, work is only in one shift — from 06:00 to 18:00;
- The working day usually lasts 12 hours, but if the number of orders is smaller, the shift can be reduced to 8–10 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00;
- Work schedule is sent every Friday for the next week;
- Breaks are mandatory during work for rest. If shift lasts 8 or 10 hours, one break of 15 minutes is provided. If working 12 hours, two breaks of 15 minutes each are provided;
- On average, you can work 230–260 hours per month.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work, hence more hours. If there are fewer orders, accordingly there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Check the quality of clothing, pack, repack, sort, and prepare it for further shipment. After scanning the item, the system automatically shows what action needs to be performed.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 600 zł per month (amount deducted from salary);
- If you rent accommodation yourself, a bonus of 2 zł is provided for each worked hour;
- Accommodation is provided in a house, apartment, or hostel in the city of Łódź;
- 3 or 4 people will stay in a room;
- Regular comfortable beds are arranged in the accommodation.

📌 Additional information:
- Work is done at tables, in a standing position;
- Depending on the process, you can work individually or in a pair;
- Using a mobile phone in the workplace is prohibited;
- Wearing jewelry, including rings, chains, bracelets, and other accessories that may hinder work, is not allowed on the warehouse premises. All personal belongings need to be left at home or in individual lockers. It is also not allowed to come to work wearing Zara-branded clothes. However, you can wear a ring, a small watch, piercing, and earrings that do not dangle below the earlobe, such as stud earrings;
- A fine of 100 zł is imposed for losing a pass (amount deducted from salary);
- There is a spacious canteen in the warehouse where you can buy tea, coffee, or a light snack. Refrigerators and kettles are also available for use;
- In the locker room and kitchen, everyone has their own personal locker for personal belongings;
- Every Friday, the kitchen is cleaned, so food cannot be left anywhere;
- After the shift ends, all employees gather at the exit and leave together with the foreman;
- Work clothes are provided free of charge. If you work for less than 3 months, 300 zł is deducted from the salary;
- Medical examination costs 150 zł (deducted from salary);
- An advance payment is provided after 7 days of work amounting to 300 - 400 zł;
- Salary is credited between the 20th and 25th to a bank account.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum work term:
The minimum work period is 3 months. If you plan to quit, you must notify 2 weeks in advance. There are no fines or deductions from the salary, the main thing is to inform in time.
