Work in the Zara clothing and cosmetics warehouse (ID Logistics)

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Women, married couples up to 45 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Psary, Akacjowa 6 (~20 km from Katowice).

💵 Salary:
- 24.18 zł/hour net for persons over 26 years old;
- 25.35 zł/hour net for persons under 26 years old;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years of age (with proof of student status);
- A surcharge of 0.70 zł/hour net is provided for independent travel to the workplace.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 5–6 days a week;
- A day off may fall on a weekday, Saturday, or Sunday;
- Workday lasts 8 - 10 - 12 hours;
- Work is in day and night shifts.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders there are in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Collect and pack orders, process returns, and work with a handheld scanner and computer. 

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 620 zł per month (amount deducted from salary);
- If you rent accommodation independently, a surcharge of 1.80 zł for each worked hour is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- Rooms will accommodate 2, 3, or 4 people;
- Separate rooms are provided for married couples;
- Regular comfortable beds are equipped at the residence;
- There is the possibility to live with a child;
- Accommodation cost for a child is 1000 zł per month (amount deducted from salary).

📌 Additional information:
- Work is standing or moving, depending on the department you are assigned to;
- No need to operate a forklift;
- There is a canteen in the warehouse, as well as vending machines with food and drinks. You must bring your lunch or purchase a light snack, such as sandwiches or snacks;
- Work clothes cost up to 400 zł (cost deducted from salary);
- Medical examination costs 100 zł (cost deducted from salary;
- If the period of work exceeds 6 months, the cost of the medical examination and work clothes will not be deducted from the salary;
- An advance is provided after 14 days of work in the amount of 300 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 15th of the month to a bank account for the previous worked month.

- You need to assemble orders using a handheld scanner, receive new goods and check their compliance. During the work process, you need to pack parcels and prepare them for shipment, remove magnetic protective clips, as well as carefully control the quality of products and check them for defects.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 600 zł per month (cost is deducted from salary);
- Additional payment of 1.50 zł for each working hour is provided if renting accommodation independently;
- There is an option to live with a child;
- Accommodation for a child costs 850 zł per month (deducted from salary);
- A separate room is provided for a mother with a child to ensure comfortable living conditions.

8-hour shift schedule:
- First shift from 07:00 to 15:00;
- Second shift from 15:00 to 23:00;
- Third shift from 23:00 to 07:00.
12-hour shift schedule:
- First shift from 07:00 to 19:00;
- Second shift from 19:00 to 07:00.

🛠 Responsibilities:
Pick process:
- The work involves placing goods in the warehouse, assembling orders, moving, carrying, and sorting products.
Pack process:
- In this process, you need to pack orders for further shipment to customers.
Put to Light (PTL) process:
- The work involves sorting orders and placing them in the warehouse cells.
Inout process:
- You need to receive, sort, and prepare parcels for shipment.
Stock control process:
- The work involves checking the quality of goods, controlling inventory, and conducting audits.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 450 zł per month (cost deducted from salary);
- In the case of self-renting, an additional 2 zł per each work hour is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in a house;
- 2 or 4 people will live in a room;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are provided in the accommodation;
- A separate room is provided for a family couple to ensure comfort and coziness;
- The accommodation has everything necessary for comfortable living, including the internet, fridge, and washing machine.

📌 Additional information:
- The first workday is dedicated to training and safety instruction (BHP);
- Family couples are allocated to work either in the same department or different departments but having breaks at the same time;
- Safety requirements are in place in the warehouse, so working with jewelry is not allowed. An exception is a plain wedding ring, and piercing must be covered with transparent adhesive tape;
- You need to have work trousers. Outerwear can be personal — black or white, without inscriptions or logos, and with covered shoulders;
- Free water bottles are provided in the warehouse. Bringing personal drinks is not allowed;
- Bringing food is not allowed. Cafeterias equipped with microwaves and refrigerators are provided for breaks. There is also an option to buy snacks or order catering;
- The warehouse temperature is +18 - +25 degrees;
- Physical load is small since work is associated with light goods. Work processes can be both sedentary and standing, and in some processes, you need to move around the warehouse;
- The medical examination costs 150 zł (the cost is deducted from the salary);
- After 5 worked days, you can receive advances, on average 100 - 200 zł weekly until the first full salary. It is also possible to agree on additional advances with the coordinator;
- Salary is credited by the 20th of the month to the bank account for the previous worked month.
