Work in the Zara clothing and cosmetics warehouse (ID Logistics)

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 55 years old.

📍 Work location:
Poland, Psary, Akacjowa 4 (~20 km from Katowice).

💵 Salary:
- 25.36 zł/hour net;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with student certificate);
- Bonuses for meeting the norm.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 5 - 6 days a week;
- Working day lasts 8 - 12 hours;
- There are day and night shifts;
- It is impossible to choose the shift or the number of hours independently, as the schedule is formed by the warehouse according to production needs;
- A day off may fall on weekdays, as well as on Saturday or Sunday;
- During an 8-hour working day, there is a break lasting 20 minutes;
- During a 12-hour working day, there are two breaks lasting 20 and 15 minutes, to rest and gain strength.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are in the warehouse. If there are a lot of orders, there will be more work and, therefore, more hours. If there are fewer orders, correspondingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Duties:
Inbound:
- Need to receive deliveries, check goods according to documents and handle declarations.
Pick:
- Need to handle order picking, work with a scanner to track goods, and place products in the warehouse according to instructions.
Pack:
- Need to prepare goods for dispatch and handle order picking according to the invoice.
Outbound:
- Need to prepare customer orders for dispatch to different countries, check product compliance with the order, and ensure careful packaging.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 600 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- In case of self-rented accommodation, an additional 2 zł per hour of work is provided (needs to be clarified at the office upon registration);
- Accommodation is provided in apartments or houses;
- 3 - 4 people will live in a room;
- Regular comfortable beds are arranged in the accommodation;
- A separate room is provided for a married couple to be comfortable and cozy;
- Organized transport from accommodation to the workplace. Everything is designed for your convenience to ensure you feel comfortable every day.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes are done in motion and standing, depending on the department to which you are assigned;
- Pleasant music plays in the warehouse, so working is comfortable and easy;
- Work clothing is provided free of charge, but if not worked for at least two months, 300 zł will be deducted from salary;
- You can work in your own black, gray, or dark blue pants or jeans, but work pants must be in the locker in case they are needed;
- In Pick and Pack processes, you can work in your own shoes, but work boots must be in the locker; 
- In the Inbound process, it is mandatory to work exclusively in work shoes as it is important for safety;
- Lunch must be brought or you can buy something light from vending machines, like sandwiches or snacks;
- Medical examination costs 120 zł (deducted from the first salary);
- Salary is calculated including the 20th day for the previous worked month;
- Advances are calculated twice a month, on the 15th and 25th, amounting to 300 zł.

⏳ Minimum work term:
You need to work at least 3 months. If you plan to quit, you must notify at least 30 days before the desired termination date. If you do not notify about quitting, a fine of 800 zł is charged.

💵 Salary:
- 26 zł/hour net standard rate;
- 32 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate);
- A monthly bonus from 100 to 1000 zł is provided in the absence of absences.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Floating (variable) schedule;
- Working 5–6 days a week;
- Day off may fall on a weekday, Saturday, or Sunday. During the season, usually, one day off per week is provided, but additional ones can be negotiated if necessary;
- A workday lasts 8–10 hours, and during sales periods — 12 hours;
- During an 8-hour workday, one 20-minute break is provided. For a 12-hour workday, 40 minutes of rest is provided — this can be one break or two of 20 minutes each. Additional restroom breaks can be taken if needed;
- On average, you can work 160–190 hours a month, and during sales periods — 230–260 hours.
Work schedule for an 8-hour workday:
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00.
Work schedule for a 12-hour workday:
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of warehouse orders. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. Conversely, a decrease in the volume of orders will decrease the number of working hours.

🛠 Duties:
Pick Process:
- You will be required to compile orders using a scanner and cart. At the beginning of the shift, you receive a scanner and a list of items to be collected. Simply move around the warehouse, locate the necessary items, and place them in the cart according to the order.
Pack Process:
- Work is performed standing at a specially equipped table with a computer. You'll need to pack orders according to established rules: select the appropriate box size, fill it with paper, neatly fold clothing, and prepare the order for further shipping.
Inbound Process:
- This department can be staffed by both men and women. The work is physically active and involves sorting ready packages coming from the packing department. You need to distribute packages by directions and countries, stack them on pallets, wrap them in stretch film, and prepare them for further dispatch.

Allocation to departments occurs during the first days of adaptation. If you have experience in one of the departments, you may be assigned there if possible.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 600 zł per month (amount deducted from salary);
- If you rent housing independently, an additional 2 zł is provided for each worked hour;
- Separate rooms are provided for married couples;
- It is possible to live with children, and the cost of living for a child is 850 zł per month.

📌 Additional information:
- It is important to be prepared for physical work, and to carefully and responsibly fulfill your duties;
- Adaptation and training last 10 working days. During this period, it is important to be present at work daily, as training is stopped in case of absences;
- It is prohibited to bring a phone to the workplace;
- Jewelry and piercings are not allowed during work. If the piercing cannot be removed, it must be covered with a plaster;
- You can work in your comfortable clothing and footwear. Special protective footwear is only required for specific processes, such as working with UDT, receiving goods, and in areas where BHP rules demand it;
-The site has a canteen with refrigerators, microwaves, and drink machines. Drinks are provided free of charge during sales periods. There are also machines with snacks and light meals;
- Medical examinations are provided free of charge. If you work less than 3 months, 150 zł is deducted from your salary;
- Work clothing, including shoes, pants, and a vest, is provided free of charge. If you work less than 3 months, 300 zł is deducted from your salary;
- An advance payment of 300–400 zł can be received after 7 days of work;
- Salary is credited from the 20th to the 25th of the month to a bank account.
