Work in the Zalando (Ceva) clothing warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Women up to 47 years old.

📍 Work location: 
Poland, Świebodzin, Kozia 3 (~45 km from Zielona Góra).

💵 Salary:
- 25,36 zł/hour net standard rate;
- 31,40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate);
- Bonuses up to 1800 zł are provided, the size of which depends on work performance.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Saturday;
- Working day lasts 8 - 10 - 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- During seasonal sales periods, there may be night shifts, and the workday may last up to 12 hours depending on the workload and volume of work;
- During the workday, a break of 30 minutes is provided, with 15 minutes paid. If the shift is longer, an additional 15 minutes of paid break is provided;
- On average, you can work 180 - 210 hours per month.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, then accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Duties:
- You need to sort and pack new clothes at the work table using a scanner and computer. You also need to check the goods, attach tags, and enter the necessary data into the system.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing and commute cost 720 zł per month (deducted from salary);
- In case of renting accommodation independently, an additional payment of 2,34 zł is provided for each hour of work. At the same time, 170 zł per month is deducted for commuting;
- Preparation and booking of accommodation cost 100 zł (deducted from the first salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a house or apartment;
- 3 or 4 people will live in a room;
- For a family couple, a separate room is provided for comfort and coziness;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are equipped in the accommodation;
- If accommodation is in Zielona Góra, the travel to work takes approximately 1 hour 15 minutes by transport. If the accommodation is in Świebodzin, it takes about 25 minutes to walk to work.

Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- The temperature in the warehouse is +20 degrees;
- Work clothes are provided for free, but you need to have your own pants and shoes;
- Starting from the second month of work, an additional payment of 10 zł per day for lunch is provided. There is also a Smart Lunch program through which you can order lunches. If the cost of the chosen lunch is higher, the difference must be paid by you;
- Medical examination costs 150 zł (deducted from the first salary);
- An advance payment is provided after 7 days of work in the amount of 300 zł. There is a possibility to take an advance weekly until the first full salary is received;
- Salary is credited on the 20th of each month to the bank account for the previous worked month.
🚍 Transport is provided from the following locations:
- Trasa Północna, 65-735 Zielona Góra;
- Rondo PCK/Lisia, 65-735 Zielona Góra;
- Centrum, 65-078 Zielona Góra;
- Raculka, 65-544 Zielona Góra.

✅ Advantages:
- Room temperature is maintained in the warehouse, so it is comfortable to work in any season;
- Knowledge of Polish language and prior work experience is not required;
- Even without experience, it is easy to start as training is conducted in comfort.

📋 Documents:
Visa-free travel, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum work term:
You need to work for a minimum of 2.5 months, otherwise 170 zł will be deducted from the salary.
