Work in the production of cable systems at Electrical Components International

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Women up to 45 years old.

📍 Work location:
Poland, Bielsko-Biała, Międzyrzecka 222.

💵 Salary:
- 23.60 zł/hour net without signing Pit-2;
- 25.38 zł/hour net when signing Pit-2;
- 25.36 zł/hour net for persons under 26 years old;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student ID).
Bonuses:
- 100 zł for attendance;
- 200 zł for the best employee of the month.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 5 days a week;
- Workday lasts 8 or 12 hours;
- During training, which lasts approximately one month, work only 8 hours a day.
The work schedule for an 8-hour workday is as follows: 
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00.
The work schedule for a 12-hour workday is as follows:
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders there are at the company. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, then accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Duties:
- The work involves manual and mechanical insulation of cables. Duties include working with schematic boards and connecting cables of various colors and sizes.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 600 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- In case of independent rental, a bonus of up to 1 zł for each hour of work is provided;
- Accommodation provided in a hostel;
- Room will house 3 or 4 individuals;
- Standard comfortable beds are provided in the accommodation.

📌 Additional information:
- Before employment at the plant, a vision test is conducted to ensure that working with small parts will be comfortable and safe for you, and that you will be able to perform all duties accurately and correctly;
- You can work in glasses, the main thing is to have good near vision to clearly see small details and fonts;
- Work processes are carried out standing by the stand;
- There is no transport provided to the workplace, so you need to commute on your own using public transportation;
- Meals need to be brought with you;
- Medical examination and safety training cost 250 zł (deducted from the first salary);
- Advance is paid after the first week of work in the amount of 200 zł. This is a one-time payment until the first salary is received. Advance payments are made from the 10th to 23rd of each month;
- Salary is credited between the 20th and 25th of the month to a bank account.

🔴 Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Polish language is required.

⏳ Minimum work period:

- Work 5 days a week;
- The workday can last 8 or 12 hours. The schedule can be chosen depending on personal preferences and productivity;
- If necessary, work can also be done on Saturdays, the shift lasts from 8 to 12 hours and takes place only during the day;
- Married couples can work different shifts;
- During the training period, the workday lasts 8 hours, and the training itself can take up to 2 weeks;
- On average 230 hours/month.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- It is necessary to service machines for manufacturing cables according to the scheme or order. The work includes assembling and twisting cables, as well as installing small components on wires of different types and colors. You also need to sticker, label, and pack finished products, work with a scanner, and maintain cleanliness and order at the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 550 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- If renting accommodation independently, an additional fee of 2 zł per working hour is provided (must be clarified at the office during processing);
- Accommodation is provided in apartments;
- 3 - 4 persons will live in a room;
- A separate room is provided for a married couple to ensure comfort and coziness;
- The accommodation is equipped with regular comfortable beds;
- You need to have your own bed linen, as it is essential for hygiene and your comfort.

📌 Additional information:
- The work takes place at a factory that produces electrical wires and cables for household appliances such as washing machines, refrigerators, microwave ovens, or dishwashers;
- Before starting work, a test must be passed, during which you will be introduced to the work principle and offered to perform a simple practical task on a training model, where you will need to try to connect wires. You can work in glasses;
- The work is done manually, it is not physically demanding, it is done while standing, and it involves meeting set standards;
- Opportunity for professional growth for those who perform well and want to stay working longer via a residence card;
- The company offers the opportunity to purchase a lunch subscription for cash. The cost is 70 zł for 10 days or 140 zł for 20 days. It is a convenient option to have a lunch every day without extra hassle;
- Transportation to the workplace is not provided, so you must get there on your own using public transport. The cost of a travel ticket is refunded;
- During processing, accommodation is provided in Opole. The cost is 250 zł, payable in cash immediately at the time of processing;
- An advance is paid after 14 working days in the amount of 300 zł;
- Salary is paid on the 15th of the month to a bank account for the previous working month.

🔴 Requirements:
- Good eyesight and the ability to clearly distinguish colors are required.
