🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 57 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Żory, Kawowa 3 (~45 km from Katowice).

📍 Place of registration:
Poland, Myszków.

💵 Salary:
- For women, the rate is 25.30 zł/hour net;
- For men — 25.68 zł/hour net;
- For students up to 26 years old, the rate is 31.40 zł/hour net (with a student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- The workday lasts 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00;
- During the workday, there are two paid breaks: one lasting 20 minutes, the other — 15 minutes.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. If the volume of orders decreases, accordingly, the number of working hours decreases.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to fill jars with coffee, weigh them according to the established norm, label them, and check product quality. The finished jars need to be carefully placed in cardboard boxes.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation cost is 550 zł per month (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- Accommodation is provided in apartments or houses;
- 2–4 people will live in the rooms;
- Separate rooms are provided for married couples;
- Regular single-tier beds are installed in the housing;
- No extra payment is provided for independent housing rental;
- You can get to work for free by city buses No. 1–6. The journey takes about 15–20 minutes, and it takes about 5–8 minutes to walk from the housing to the stop;
- Housing is located in a city with all the necessary infrastructure, shops are nearby.

📌 Additional information:
- The enterprise maintains a temperature from +3 to +7 degrees;
- Most work processes are performed standing, but there are also a small number of sitting processes. During the 12-hour shift, tasks alternate: for example, for a few hours you can work on packaging, and then — placing jars on the production line;
- Smoking is prohibited on the enterprise territory and during work;
- Medical examination is provided free of charge if you work for 2 months. Before it, you need to make a deposit of 100 zł, which is returned after 2 months of work. If you work less than this period, 400 zł is deducted from your salary;
- An advance of 200 zł can be received after 14 days of work. Usually, it is provided once, but if necessary, a repeat advance can be agreed upon;
- The salary is credited by the 15th of each month for the previous worked month exclusively to a Polish bank account.

✅ Advantages:
- Work clothes are provided free of charge during training, namely light work shoes, 2–3 pairs of trousers, 2–3 T-shirts, and a long-sleeve sweatshirt;
- A comfortable temperature is maintained at the enterprise;
- During the shift, work processes change, so you do not need to perform the same task for all 12 hours;
- Knowledge of the Polish language and work experience are not required;
- It is easy to navigate here because the processes are built understandably.

📋 Documents:
Visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum period of work:
The minimum period of work is 2 months. If you work less than this period, 400 zł is deducted from your salary for a medical examination. If you plan to quit, you must notify at least 14 days in advance. In case of dismissal without prior notice, a penalty in the amount of the salary for 5 working days is provided.
