Work in the production of snacks and hummus Perla Polska

🧑🏻 Candidates:

💵 Salary:
- 22.36 zł/hour net without signing the Pit-2 declaration;
- 22.70 zł/hour net when signing the Pit-2 declaration;
- If working more than 240 hours a month, the payment increases to 23.70 zł/hour net;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for persons under 26 years old (with student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday, sometimes work on Saturday is possible;
- The working day lasts 8 - 10 - 12 hours;
- The first shift is from 06:00 to 18:00;
- The second shift is from 14:00 to 00:00;
- In the washing process, work takes place from 18:00 to 06:00;
- During the working day, a break of 20 minutes is provided, as well as an additional break. If the shift lasts 10 hours, the total rest time is 20 and 10 minutes. If working 12 hours, breaks are 20 and 20 minutes;
- On average 200 - 250 hours/month.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, then accordingly, the hours will be slightly less.

🛠 Duties:
Processes for women:
- You will work on scales, weigh olives, shrimp, salads, pack goods, stuff olives and peppers with cheese, work on the line with lavash with various fillings, paste labels, clean the workplace, and work on the washing machine.
Processes for men:
- You will work in the warehouse, pack goods, and prepare them for shipment. In the kitchen, you need to cut and prepare vegetables, and also pour cheese into the machine for stuffing vegetables. You will also help with unloading goods and maintain cleanliness on the territory.

The work can be on different processes. Who works where depends on the need at the specific moment. Everything is allocated on the spot, so it is impossible to say in advance. But all processes are understandable, and everything will be calmly taught on site.

🏠 Housing:
- The accommodation costs 500 zł per month (deducted from the salary);
- There is also an option for housing outside the city, its cost is 300 zł per month (deducted from the salary);
- In case of independent rental of accommodation, an allowance of 1.50 zł for each hour of work is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in houses and apartments;
- 3 - 4 people will live in one room;
- Regular comfortable beds are arranged in the accommodation;
- You need to have your own bed linen as it is important for hygiene and your comfort;
- It is possible to live with a child;
- Accommodation for a child costs 700 zł/month (deducted from the salary);
- For mother with a child, a separate room is provided to ensure comfortable living conditions.

Accommodation depends on available free places. We cannot guarantee in advance where exactly you will live.

Umowa zlecenie. 

📌 Additional information:
- Work includes both sitting and standing processes, depending on the specific stage of production;
- For women, the load usually does not exceed 7 kilograms, and for men it can be up to 30 kilograms;
- Work processes are performed directly at the line;
- Temperature depends on the department, in some places it is +4 - +6 degrees, in others +12 - +15 degrees;
- Once a day you will be provided with tasty soup, and there is also the possibility to bring food with you;
- Travel to the place of work costs 165 zł/month (deducted from the salary). 50% of the amount is reimbursed by the employer (the amount is returned to the salary);
- Work shoes are provided for free. If you work less than 3 months, then 93 zł is deducted from the salary;
- Due to sanitary requirements, you can only work without jewelry, piercings, false eyelashes, nails, and manicure. This is a mandatory condition for maintaining hygiene in production;
- Medical commission and sanitary book cost 200 zł (deducted from the salary);
- Advance payment is credited after 7 - 14 days of work;
- The salary is credited on the 25th to the bank account every month for the previous month worked.

📋 Documents:
EU citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection in Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum work period:
The minimum work period is 3 months. If you plan to resign, you must give notice 2 weeks before resignation. There are no fines or deductions from the salary, the main thing is to inform in time.
