Work in food production at Hortex (Polski Ogród)

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 55 years old.

📍 Work city:
Poland, Skierniewice, Czerwona 20 (~75 km from Łódź).

💵 Salary:
- 25.36 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Saturday;
- Sunday — day off;
- The working day lasts 8 - 12 hours;
- Mainly work is organized in 12-hour shifts;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders there are at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, accordingly, the hours will be slightly less.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Load vegetables, fruits, and semi-finished products for further sorting, sort and pack the finished products into boxes and stack boxes on pallets. It's also necessary to prepare packaging materials, including boxes, octabins, and special containers for semi-finished products, and maintain cleanliness and order in the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 500 zł/month (deducted from the salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- 3 - 4 people will live in a room;
- Separate room is provided for a married couple to ensure comfort and coziness;
- Standard comfortable beds are available at the accommodation;
- The first housing location is 3.7 kilometers from the workplace and can be reached by public transport. The second housing location is 15 kilometers from the workplace, but there is no need to worry about the commute as transport to work is organized.

📌 Additional information:
- The company is involved in the production of juices, nectars, as well as frozen vegetables and fruits;
- Some work processes are carried out on a conveyor line, but not all tasks are related to the conveyor;
- The more physically demanding processes are performed by men, and women handle lighter tasks such as washing vegetables, checking product quality, packaging finished products in cardboard boxes, and other simple processes;
- Work clothing and footwear are provided free of charge. After the work is finished, clothing and footwear must be returned;
- A free hot meal is provided once a day;
- The temperature at the enterprise is +4 degrees;
- A health book costs 250 zł (deducted from the first salary);
- It's forbidden to work in jewelry, with extended nails and eyelashes;
- An advance payment is made after 5 days of work amounting to 200 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 20th of every month to a bank account for the previous worked month.

🔴 Requirements:
- Knowledge of Polish language at a comprehension level is required.

⏳ Minimum working period:

- 26 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with a student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 6 days a week;
- Days off can fall on weekdays as well as Saturday or Sunday;
- The workday lasts 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00;
- There is a 30-minute break during the workday.

It's important to understand that the number of work hours depends on the volume of orders at the company. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. Conversely, if the volume of orders decreases, the number of working hours will also decrease.

🛠 Responsibilities:
Processes for women:
- It is necessary to sort fruits, berries, and vegetables, check their quality, and select defect-free products. It is also necessary to prepare vegetable mixes, package the finished products manually or using special equipment, check labels and expiry dates on packages. It is important to maintain cleanliness and order in the workplace.
Processes for men:
- It is necessary to carry boxes with fruits, berries, and vegetables, pour the products onto the conveyor for further processing, and assemble cardboard boxes for packaging. It is also necessary to check the correctness of labels and expiry dates on packages and maintain cleanliness and order in the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 600 zł per month (deducted from the salary);
- Comfortable housing with all necessary amenities is provided;
- Free transportation is provided from the place of residence to work and back.

📌 Additional information:
- Work is carried out at an enterprise engaged in sorting, processing, and packaging of fruits, berries, and vegetables;
- In the sorting department, the temperature is approximately +4 degrees, and in the packaging department — about +12 degrees;
- Since work is conducted in cool rooms, warm fleece clothing, headwear, work shoes, and gloves are provided for convenience;
- The medical examination costs 200 zł (deducted from the first salary);
- The first advance of 200 zł can be received after 5 shifts. Thereafter, advances can be received weekly;
- Salary is credited on the 25th of the following month to a bank account.

⏳ Minimum working period: 
The minimum period of work is one and a half months. If you plan to quit, you must give two weeks' notice. If this is not done on time, 1000 zł will be deducted from the salary.
