🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 55 years old.

📍 City of work: 
Poland, Sieradz, Wojska Polskiego 107 (~70 km from Łódź).

📍 Registration city:
Poland, Łódź.

💵 Salary:
- The basic salary is 4810 zł gross per month;
- Overtime hours are paid with a 100% surcharge until the end of the year;
- For night shifts, a 20% surcharge is provided.

🕐 Work schedule:
- The schedule entails 2 working days, followed by 2 days off;
- Days off may fall on weekdays as well as Saturday or Sunday;
- A working day lasts 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders there are at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and hence more hours. If there are fewer orders, then accordingly, the hours will be slightly less.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- It is necessary to assemble and connect components according to technical documentation, check the quality of the finished parts, and ensure they have no visible defects. Hand and electric tools are used in the work. All tasks are performed according to production instructions, and on-site familiarization with work processes and tool handling rules will be provided.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 600 zł/month (deducted from the salary);
- Accommodation is provided in apartments;
- 2-4 people will live in a room;
- A separate room is provided for a married couple to ensure comfort and coziness;
- Regular comfortable beds are provided in the accommodation;
- Transport from accommodation to the workplace is organized. Everything is considered for your convenience to ensure you feel comfortable every day.

📌 Additional information:
- Before starting work, a simple practical test for assembling an electronic board must be passed;
- Work processes are carried out while sitting at specially equipped workplaces;
- There are no established production norms, allowing for work at a calm pace;
- Meals are provided via a special mobile application. 8 zł is credited daily for meals;
- Free transport is provided to the workplace from the cities of Sieradz, Zduńska Wola, Złoczew, Warta, and Burzenin;
- Using headphones and having a phone with you is allowed during work; 
- An advance payment of 400 zł is provided after 14 days of work;
- Salary is credited on the 20th of the month to a bank account.

🔴 Requirements:
- Knowledge of the Polish language at a communicative level and reading skills are required.

- The work is not considered difficult as each process has explanations;
- Assistance with obtaining a residence card is provided.

📋 Documents:
Visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection in Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum period of work:
There is no minimum period of work, but notice of resignation must be given two weeks in advance. If resigning without notice, a 1000 zł fine will be withheld.
