Rubber Products Manufacturing Job

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 55 years old.

📍 City of work:
Poland, Tułowice Małe (~30 km from Opole).

💵 Salary:
- 28 zł/hour net standard rate;
- +2 zł/hour net for effective job performance without absences;
- A higher rate is provided for students, the final payment amount is determined after submitting documents from a Polish educational institution confirming the studies.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Saturday;
- Working day lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Daytime work to keep nights free for sleep and rest;
- In the future, there may be a transition to a schedule with a 10- or 12-hour workday, five days a week.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and hence, more hours. If there are fewer orders, then the hours will accordingly be somewhat less.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- It is necessary to remove excess material from rubber parts after forming. Visual quality control of finished products according to instructions and samples is also required, along with sorting the products and checking them for defects. Responsibilities also include reporting the results of inspections and maintaining cleanliness and order at the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 800 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel, house, or apartment;
- 2 - 4 people will live in a room;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are set up in the accommodation;
- A separate room is provided for a married couple for comfort and coziness;
- Accommodation may be located in various places. If it is nearby, it is possible to walk, and for those who live farther, public transport may be used to commute to work and back;
- You can move in after working 50 hours or earlier, but in that case, you need to pay for the first week's accommodation yourself.

Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- A short interview is required prior to employment. It can be conducted either online or on-site;
- Work processes take place standing at the conveyor line and near production machines;
- The company deals with quality control of lightweight rubber products;
- Work takes place in clean rooms, where high standards of personal hygiene must be maintained;
- Before starting work, a medical certificate costing 80 zł needs to be obtained. Assistance with obtaining it is provided, and the expenses will be reimbursed with the salary;
- Initially, personal work clothes are required. After completing the probation period, all necessary clothing for further work is provided;
- Meals are not provided, the lunch must be brought with oneself;
- An advance payment can be received after one week of work;
- Salary is credited to a bank account between the 15th and 20th of each month.
