Job in the production of Corotop roofing membranes

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 55 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Ozimek, Kolejowa 1 (~25 km from Opole).

📍 Registration place:
Poland, Opole.

💵 Salary:
- 4700 zł/month gross average salary;
Surcharges:
- 800 zł gross bonus for availability;
- Approximately 200 zł/month gross for night work;
- Up to 900 zł gross quarterly bonus.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work is carried out in a four-shift system;
- Working day lasts 8 hours;
- Four shifts from 06:00 to 14:00, then one day off;
- Four shifts from 14:00 to 22:00, then one day off;
- Four shifts from 22:00 to 06:00, then two days off;
- You can work 12 hours if there is a large amount of orders at the enterprise and there is a need for additional hours;
- Minimum 168 hours/month.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- It is necessary to service and set up the working parameters of machines for the production of film, pack finished rolls, and transfer them to pallets. Responsibilities also include servicing machines for printing on the film, working with auxiliary equipment for cutting rolls, and wrapping rolls. It is important to maintain cleanliness and order at the workplace and follow the established rules while working.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 550 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- In case of independent renting of accommodation, a surcharge of 2 zł for each working hour (needs to be clarified at the office during registration);
- Accommodation is provided in apartments;
- 3 - 4 persons will live in a room;
- Normal comfortable beds are arranged in the accommodation;
- It is necessary to have your own bedding, as it is important for hygiene and your comfort;
- Organized transportation from accommodation to the workplace. Everything is thought out for your convenience to ensure you feel comfortable every day.

📌 Additional information:
- Work takes place at a factory producing under-roof film for protecting roofs from moisture and snow;
- Working processes take place standing at production machines;
- The work is of medium difficulty and has set standards; 
- Training is conducted before starting work, during which everything is explained and shown in detail;
- The weight of the product can be from 6 to 11 kilograms, and such weight needs to be lifted several times during the shift;
- Knowledge of the Polish language at a minimum level will be an additional advantage, but it is not a mandatory requirement;
- A company car is provided for daily commuting, so a category B driving license is necessary;
- Accommodation in Opole is provided for the duration of registration. The cost is 250 zł, payment must be made in cash immediately during registration;
- An advance is paid after 14 days of work in the amount of 300 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 15th of each month to a bank account for the previous worked month.

🔴 Requirements: 
- A category B driving license is required;
- Driving experience is required.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection in Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum work term:
The minimum work period is 3 months. If you quit without a 1-month notice, a fine of 2000 zł is withheld. If you give advance notice, 500 zł is deducted.
