Mattress and Bed Production Job at Sun Garden

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 58 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Malanów, Turecka 36 (~10 km from Turek).

📍 Place of arrival:
Poland, Konin or Kalisz.

💵 Salary:
- The estimated gross salary is 4 806 zł/month; 
- The net salary, taking into account all applicable allowances, is 3700 - 5400 zł/month net;
- A 100% allowance is provided for work on weekends and holidays;
- An overtime bonus is 50%;
- A 20% night shift allowance is provided;
- For persons under 26 years old, a 12% allowance is granted; 
- If you perform your duties effectively, you can receive an additional bonus of up to 300 zł. The final decision on granting it is made by the management;
- In case of sick leave, 80% of the salary is paid.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday, occasionally work on Saturday is possible;
- The working day lasts 8 hours;
- The first shift is from 06:00 to 14:00;
- The second shift is from 14:00 to 22:00;
- The third shift is from 22:00 to 06:00;
- On average, you can work 200 - 240 hours a month.

It is also important to understand that the number of hours depends on the amount of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Duties:
- You need to fill and pack pillows and mattresses, work with film and boxes. You also need to manufacture headrests and garden furniture elements, perform gluing, upholstering, and packing of finished products. Additionally, you need to work with equipment for manufacturing springs and lay rolls of fleece.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 750 zł per month (costs are deducted from the salary);
- In case of independent rental, an allowance of 1 zł per hour of work;
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- 2 or 4 people will live in a room;
- Standard comfortable beds are arranged in the accommodation; 
- Before moving in, a deposit of 200 zł must be paid. The amount is returned after one month of work;
- Accommodation is within walking distance (10 - 15 minutes on foot), and it is easy to reach work on foot. Everything is thought out for your convenience, so you feel comfortable every day.

📌 Additional information:
- You need to be ready to work in a team;
- You need to be responsible and motivated;
- Work processes take place standing near conveyor lines and tables, depending on the processes;
- Physical load depends on the processes, some can be physically demanding; 
- You need to bring lunch with you. There is a cozy canteen on the premises of the enterprise and vending machines with food and drinks; 
- An advance is provided after 5 days of work in the amount of 300 zł; 
- Salary is credited on the 15th of each month to a bank account for the previous worked month.

⏳ Minimum term of work:
The minimum work period is 3 months. If you plan to resign, you must notify 2 weeks before leaving. There are no fines or deductions from the salary, the main thing is to notify on time.
