Work in the production of assembly components Baks

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men aged from 25 to 45 years.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Karczew, Jagodne 5 (~30 km from Warszawa).

📍 Place of registration:
Poland, Opole.

💵 Salary:
- 22.68 zł/hour net without signing Pit-2;
- 24.47 zł/hour net with signing Pit-2;
- 25.36 zł/hour net for persons under 26 years;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years (with student certificate);
- +20% to rate for night shifts.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- The working day lasts 8 - 10 - 12 hours. The number of working hours may vary depending on the department you work in;
- First shift from 07:00 to 19:00;
- Second shift from 11:00 to 23:00;
- Third shift from 19:00 to 07:00;
- Women do not work night shifts;
- On average 220 hrs/month.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders there are at the company. If there are many orders, there will be more work, hence more hours. If there are fewer orders, then consequently, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- It is necessary to receive goods from production lines and perform auxiliary work with products. It is important to check the condition of the products and control their quality. It is also necessary to deal with packaging, cleaning, threading, cutting and hanging mounting electrical products. The job involves performing assembly processes on the production line, setting corner pieces in the machine, and connecting parts. It is necessary to bend parts on an automatic machine, sort and pack finished elements after they come out of the equipment, which can include metal products as well as elements made from soft materials. Additionally, ladders are assembled from separate elements, finished products are hung to dry, and then prepared for packaging. Besides, production work is carried out in mounting electrical devices, grinding and sanding parts manually, preparing raw materials and elements for the production process. Part of the duties is sorting secondary raw materials and industrial waste.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Free accommodation is provided;
- In case of renting accommodation independently, no allowance is foreseen;
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- 4 - 8 people will live in a room;
- Bunk beds are set up in the accommodation;
- You need to have your own bedding as it is important for hygiene and your comfort;
- The accommodation is within walking distance, you can easily reach work on foot. Everything is arranged for your convenience so that you feel comfortable every day.

📌 Additional information:
- The company is engaged in the production of electrical installation equipment for the electrical engineering industry. It produces cable track systems and mounting structures including ladders, trays, shelves, and other installation elements;
- The work is simple and not physically demanding. All processes take place indoors, in comfortable conditions. Noise levels are minimal, allowing work to proceed calmly and focused;
- Each machine has a set production norm for elements. It is explained in detail during training, so everything will be clear before starting independent work;
- Before starting, everyone undergoes training on equipment servicing and is assigned to a specific department for the entire period of employment. Everything is explained step-by-step so you can feel confident in your workplace;
- The weight of finished products ranges from 15 to 50 kilograms;
- During registration, accommodation is provided in Opole. The cost is 250 zł, the payment must be made in cash immediately during registration;
- An advance is credited after 14 days of work in the amount of 300 zł;
- The salary is credited on the 15th of each month to a bank account for the previous worked month.

📋 Documents:

⏳ Minimum period of employment:
The minimum period of employment is 3 months. If you leave without a 1 month notice, a penalty of 2000 zł is incurred. If notice is given in advance, then 500 zł is deducted.
