Work in the production of plastic products Gillette (Truvant)

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men and women up to 50 years old.

📍 Workplace:
Poland, Łódź, Nowy Józefów 70.

💵 Salary:
- 25.36 zł/hour net, this amount already includes an additional 3 zł for signing the Pit-2 declaration;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student proof).

🕐 Work schedule:
- The work is organized according to a four-team system;
- The schedule includes 4–5 workdays and 1–2 days off;
- The working day lasts 8 hours, but 12-hour shifts are also possible depending on production needs;
- A 30-minute break is provided during the working day.
Work schedule with an 8-hour working day:
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00.
Work schedule with a 12-hour working day:
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 22:00.

It's important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. If the volume of orders decreases, accordingly, the number of working hours decreases.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to work in automated plastic production, take finished parts from the equipment, stack them on pallets, wrap with stretch film and apply labels. Responsibilities also include loading components into special machines for product assembly, checking the quality of finished products, and sorting parts to separate defective items.

The work can involve different processes depending on the production needs. All tasks will be shown and explained on site, so there is no need to worry about the lack of experience.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 600 zł per month (amount deducted from salary);
- If you rent accommodation independently, there is an additional payment of 1 zł for each worked hour;
- Accommodation is located in the city of Łódź;
- Rooms will be shared by 2–3 people;
- The accommodation has all necessary amenities;
- You can reach the enterprise by public transport MPK Łódź. Buses № 68, 76, and G1 go directly to the workplace.

📌 Additional information:
- The work is conducted in a modern production where most processes are automated and performed with special equipment;
- Comfortable working conditions are created at the enterprise, and all production processes are organized step by step;
- Depending on production needs, you can work on various processes, including servicing equipment, assembling and packaging finished products, sorting parts, or checking their quality;
- Sorting involves predominantly calm seated work. You need to carefully inspect finished products, check for defects, and separate damaged parts;
- Training is conducted before the start of independent work, during which everything will be shown in detail, explained, and help provided to master necessary tasks;
- Safety rules are in place in production, so wearing jewelry, accessories, and piercings is prohibited during work;
- Medical examination costs 150 zł (amount deducted from salary);
- An advance can be received after the first week of work;
- Salaries are credited between the 20th and 25th of each month for the previous month to a Polish bank account.
