🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men aged up to 45 years.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Pyskowice, Gliwicka 22 (~12 km from Gliwice).

📍 Place of registration:
Poland, Opole.

💵 Salary:
- 24.47 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with student ID);
- Bonuses 300 - 700 zł/month for no absences and effective work.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Saturday;
- The working day lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- On average 210 hours/month.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders the company has. If there are many orders, there will be more work and, therefore, more hours. If there are fewer orders, then there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Duties:
- It is necessary to engage in packaging finished products and preparing them for shipment. It is also necessary to load and unload glass, for example, moving glass from the production line to a pallet. Duties include placing glass on the production line and checking its dimensions, as well as inspecting insulated glass units and visually checking glass for defects. For those with experience, working with machines for glass stacking and cutting is provided. In addition to main tasks, extra work hours may relate to cleaning the area.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 700 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- In case of renting accommodation independently, an additional payment of 2 zł for each hour of work is provided (to be clarified at the office upon registration);
- Accommodation is provided in apartments and houses;
- There will be 3-4 people in a room;
- Regular comfortable beds are available at the accommodation;
- You need to have your own bedding, as it is important for hygiene and comfort;
- Transportation from accommodation to work is organized. Everything is thought out for your convenience to ensure you feel comfortable every day.

📌 Additional information:
- Work at a new, automated window production factory;
- Knowledge of Polish at a minimal level will be an additional advantage, but it is not a requirement;
- Meals should be brought with you;
- It may be cooler in some departments, so have comfortable work clothes to feel comfortable during the shift;
- Accommodation in Opole is provided for the registration period. The cost is 250 zł, payment must be made in cash immediately upon registration;
- Advance is credited after 14 days of work in the amount of 300 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 15th of each month to the bank account for the previous worked month.

🔴 Requirements:
- Requires a height of 180 centimeters.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free travel, visa, residence permit, temporary protection in Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum work period:
The minimum work period is 3 months. If you resign without notice 1 month in advance, a fine of 2000 zł is withheld. If you give notice in advance, 500 zł is deducted.
