Work in Teekanne tea production

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women up to 55 years old.

📍 Work city:
Poland, Kokotów 810 (~20 km from Kraków).

💵 Salary:
- 25.36 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 (with student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- There is an option to work additionally on Saturday if you wish to earn more;
- Working day lasts 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00;
- During the working day, there are two breaks lasting 20 minutes each.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work and thus more hours. If there are fewer orders, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to work on a production line, packaging and sorting tea, checking product quality, and labeling finished packages. Everything is done step by step with clear explanations and support at each stage.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 600 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- In case of independent rental, a 200 zł monthly bonus is provided.
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- 3 - 4 people will live in the room;
- The accommodation may have bunk beds.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes are carried out standing at a conveyor line;
- Travel to work via public transport. There is an option to get compensation for the cost of a travel card;
- You need to purchase footwear with a metal insert. Half of the cost of the purchase is refunded with the second salary payment, but no more than 100 zł;
- There is a smell of tea at the enterprise;
-  A complete absence of allergies to product components is required;
- A sanitary book costs 240 zł (the cost of issuance is refunded with salary);
- Due to sanitary requirements, you can only work without jewelry, piercings, false eyelashes, nails, and manicure. This is a mandatory condition for maintaining hygiene in production;
- An advance is paid after 14 days of work in the amount of 300 zł;
- Salary is paid on the 15th - 20th of the month to a bank account.

📋 Documents:

⏳ Minimum work term:
The minimum work period is 3 months. If you plan to resign, you must notify 2 weeks in advance. There are no fines or deductions from salary, the main thing is to inform on time.
