Work in Teekanne tea production

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 55 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Kokotów 810 (~20 km from Kraków).

💵 Salary:
- 25,36 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31,40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- There is an opportunity to work extra on Saturday if you want to earn more;
- The working day lasts 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00;
- Two 20-minute breaks are provided during the working day.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders the company has. If there are many orders, there will be more work and hence more hours. If there are fewer orders, correspondingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Duties:
- You need to work on the production line, engage in packaging and sorting tea, check product quality, and label finished packages. Everything is done step by step with clear explanations and support at every stage.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 600 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- 3 - 4 people will live in a room;
- The accommodation may have bunk beds.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Working processes take place standing at the conveyor line;
- Transport to the workplace by public transport. There is an opportunity to receive compensation for the cost of a travel ticket;
- You need to buy shoes with a metal insert. Upon the second salary payment, half the cost of the purchase is returned, but no more than 100 zł;
- The enterprise has a tea smell;
-  A complete absence of allergy to product components is needed;
- The sanitary book costs 240 zł and is paid for immediately by yourself;
- Due to sanitary requirements, work can only be performed without jewelry, piercings, false eyelashes, nails, and manicure. This is a mandatory condition for maintaining hygiene in production;
- Advance is paid after 14 days of work in the amount of 300 zł;
- Salary is credited between the 15th - 20th to a bank account.

📋 Documents:

⏳ Minimum period of work:
The minimum period of work is 3 months. If you plan to resign, you must inform us 2 weeks in advance. There are no fines or deductions from salary, the main thing is to inform on time.
