Work in the production of cable systems at Electrical Components International

🧑🏻 Candidates:

💵 Salary:
- 22.68 zł/hour net without signing Pit-2;
- 24.47 zł/hour net upon signing Pit-2;
- 25.36 zł/hour net for persons under 26 years;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years (with student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 5 days a week;
- The workday can last 8 or 12 hours. You can choose the schedule depending on your preferences and productivity;
- If needed, you can also work on Saturdays, with shifts lasting from 8 to 12 hours, exclusively during the day;
- Married couples can work in different shifts;
- During the training period, the workday lasts 8 hours, and the training itself takes up to 2 weeks;
- On average 230 hours/month.
The work schedule for an 8-hour workday looks like this:
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00.
The work schedule for a 12-hour workday looks like this:
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and hence more hours. If there are fewer orders, then correspondingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to service machines for cable manufacturing according to the scheme or order. The work includes assembly and twisting of cables, as well as mounting small components on wires of various types and colors. You also need to deal with stickering, labeling, and packaging of finished products, work with a scanner and maintain cleanliness and order at the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 550 zł/month (deducted from the salary);
- In case of renting housing independently, a supplement of 2 zł is provided for each working hour (needs to be clarified at the office upon registration);
- Accommodation is provided in apartments;
- 3 - 4 people will live in a room;
- A separate room is provided for a married couple to ensure comfort and coziness;
- Regular comfortable beds are provided at the accommodation;
- You need to have your own bed linen, as it is important for hygiene and your comfort.

📌 Additional information:
- The work takes place at a factory producing electrical wires and cables for household appliances such as washing machines, refrigerators, microwaves, or dishwashers;
- Before starting work, you need to pass a test, during which you will be introduced to the working principle and offered to perform a simple practical task on a training model, where you will be required to try connecting wires. You can work in glasses;
- The work is done manually, it is not physically demanding, it takes place in a standing position and involves fulfilling set standards;
- There is potential for professional growth for those who prove themselves well and wish to stay longer by obtaining a residence card;
- At the enterprise, there is an opportunity to purchase a lunch subscription for cash. The cost is 70 zł for 10 days or 140 zł for 20 days. This is a convenient option to have lunch every day without extra hassle;
- Transportation to the workplace is not provided, so you need to commute independently by public transport. Transportation costs are reimbursed;
- Accommodation is provided in Opole during registration. The cost is 250 zł, and payment must be made in cash immediately upon registration;
- Advance payment is credited after 14 days of work amounting to 300 zł;
- The salary is credited on the 15th of each month to a bank account for the previous worked month.

🔴 Requirements:
- Good eyesight and the ability to clearly distinguish colors are required.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum period of work:
The minimum period of work is 3 months. If you quit without giving a 1-month notice, a penalty of 2000 zł is withheld. If you notify in advance, 500 zł is deducted.
