Work in the production of cable systems at Electrical Components International

🧑🏻 Candidates:

💵 Salary:
- 22,68 zł/hour net without signing Pit-2;
- 24,47 zł/hour net upon signing Pit-2;
- 25,36 zł/hour net for individuals up to 26 years old;
- 31,40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 5 days a week;
- The working day lasts 8 or 12 hours;
- The schedule can be chosen depending on personal preferences and productivity;
- If necessary, you can also work on Saturdays, the shift lasts from 8 to 12 hours and takes place only during the daytime;
- Couples can work in different shifts;
- During the training period, the working day lasts 8 hours, and the training itself takes up to 2 weeks;
- On average 230 hours/month.
The work schedule for an 8-hour working day looks like this: 
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00.
The work schedule for a 12-hour working day looks like this:
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders there are at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, then correspondingly, there will be a little less hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- It is necessary to service machines for cable production according to the scheme or order. The job includes assembling and twisting cables, as well as mounting small components on wires of different types and colors. Sticker labeling, marking, and packaging of finished products are also required, working with a scanner and maintaining cleanliness and order at the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 550 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- In case of renting accommodation independently, an additional 2 zł per each working hour is provided (it is necessary to clarify at the office upon registration);
- Accommodation is provided in apartments;
- 3 - 4 people will live in the room;
- A separate room is provided for a couple to ensure comfort and coziness;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are furnished in the accommodation;
- It is necessary to have your own bed linen as it is important for hygiene and your comfort.

📌 Additional information:
- The work takes place at a factory producing electrical wires and cables for household appliances, such as washing machines, refrigerators, microwave ovens, or dishwashers;
- Before starting work, you need to pass a test, during which you will be introduced to the work principles and offered to perform a simple practical task on a training model, where you will need to try to tie the wires. Glasses can be worn at work;
- The work is done manually, it is not physically heavy, done standing and involves meeting established standards;
- There is an opportunity for professional growth for those who perform well and wish to continue working longer with a residence card;
- The facility offers a meal subscription for cash. The cost is 70 zł for 10 days or 140 zł for 20 days. It's a convenient option to have lunch every day without extra hassle;
- Transportation to the workplace is not provided, so you need to get there independently via public transport. Ticket costs are reimbursed;
- Accommodation is provided in Opole during registration. The cost is 250 zł, payment is required in cash immediately upon registration;
- An advance is credited after 14 days of work in the amount of 300 zł;
- The salary is credited on the 15th to the bank account every month for the previous month worked.

🔴 Requirements:
- Good eyesight and ability to clearly distinguish colors are required.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum working period:
The minimum working period is 3 months. If resigning without a one-month notice, a penalty of 2000 zł is deducted. If advance notice is given, then 500 zł is deducted.
