Work at dried fruits production Suszarnia Warzyw Jaworski

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 55 years old.

📍 Place of work: 
Poland, Dobre Miasto, Nowa Wieś Mała 46 (~25 km from Olsztyn).

📍 Place of registration: 
Poland, Warszawa.

💵 Salary:
- 27 zł/hour net;
- 31,50 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student ID).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 6 days a week;
- Workday lasts 9 or 12 hours;
- First shift starts at 07:00;
- Second shift starts at 19:00;
- Work schedule is shift-based, shifts alternate weekly. One week you need to work day shifts, the next night shifts;
- Sometimes during shift changes or when there aren't enough people on the shift, there might be a need to stay for two shifts in a row. Such situations are uncommon and usually concern those who have been working at this company for a long time, know all the work processes well, and are confident in their duties;
- On average, from 260 hours/month.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders the company has. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and hence more hours. If there are fewer orders, then there will correspondingly be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- The work involves loading dried vegetables into machines, collecting vegetables and fruits from the packaging line, and pouring dried fruits into bags. After that, you need to seal the bags and neatly stack them on pallets.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 750 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- 3 - 4 people will live in a room;
- Regular comfortable beds are provided in the housing;
- Housing is within walking distance, you can easily walk to work. Everything is thought out for your convenience so that you feel comfortable every day.

📌 Additional information:
- Work is standing near production machines;
- The weight of the products can range from 5 to 25 kilograms, and such weight needs to be lifted several times during the shift;
- The temperature at the enterprise is +18 - +20 degrees;
- Lunches need to be brought with you;
- Insurance costs 150 - 200 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- Sanitary book costs 250 zł (deducted from salary);
- Advance payment is provided after 10 days of work in the amount of 400 zł;
- Salary is credited to the bank account by the 28th.

📋 Documents:

⏳ Term of work under the contract:
The minimum term of work is three months. If you leave earlier, 1000 zł will be deducted from your salary. If you plan to resign after this period, you must give two weeks' notice. If this is not done on time, 1000 zł will be deducted from your salary for violating the conditions and another 1000 zł penalty for accommodation.
