🧑🏻 Candidates:

📍 Work city:
Poland, Strzelce Opolskie, Jana Matejki 2A (~35 km from Opole).

📍 Registration city:

💵 Salary:
- 4806 zł/month gross average salary;
Bonuses:
- +50% for overtime on working days;
- +100% for night overtime and work on weekends and holidays;
- +20% for night shifts.
Incentives:
- An attendance bonus of 1000 zł or 400 zł gross is provided, paid annually according to the payment regulations. This is a pleasant bonus for conscientious and stable work.
Additional meal funding:
- 140 zł/month for purchasing food and beverages in vending machines located on the company's premises (funds do not roll over to the next month);
- 55 zł for meals outside the company. These funds are accumulated on a special card and become available in the month following official employment.

🕐 Work schedule:
The work takes place in a four-brigade system:
- 4 days from 06:00 to 14:00 – 1 day off;
- 4 days from 14:00 to 22:00 – 1 day off;
- 4 days from 22:00 to 06:00 – 2 days off;
- The working day lasts 8 hours;
- During the working day, a 20-minute break is provided to rest and gain strength;
- At least 168 hours/month.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders in the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work and, subsequently, more hours. If there are fewer orders, the hours will be slightly fewer as well.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to control the quality of the products and conduct a visual assessment. Responsibilities include packing goods into boxes or baskets, palletizing, that is, stacking boxes onto pallets. In the future, after training, work with the adjustment of production machines is possible. It's important to follow safety rules and maintain cleanliness and order at the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 300 zł/month (deducted from the salary);
- In case of renting accommodation independently, an additional payment of 2 zł for each hour of work (needs to be confirmed at the office upon registration);
- Accommodation is provided in apartments or houses;
- 2 - 4 people will live in a room;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are available in the accommodation;
- You need to have your own bed linen, as it is important for hygiene and your comfort;
- Transportation from accommodation to the workplace is organized. Everything is thought out for your convenience so you can feel comfortable every day.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes take place standing near the conveyor line;
- The work is carried out in one of the leading automated factories for the production of household chemicals and detergents;
- All processes are performed in a room with a comfortable temperature, there is ventilation and heating;
- During work, you may smell chemical products, but conditions comply with safety standards, and everything is organized to ensure it is convenient and safe for you;
- The product's weight can range from 2 to 12 kilograms, and this weight needs to be lifted several times during the shift;
- 2 days of paid leave are provided after each month of work completed;
- Complete absence of allergy to product components is required;
- A sale of products takes place at the factory once a month — 10 items for 10 zł. This is a great opportunity to purchase quality products at a symbolic price;
- Accommodation during registration is provided in Opole. The cost is 250 zł, and payment must be made in cash immediately during registration;
- An advance payment is credited after 14 days of work amounting to 300 zł;
- The salary is credited on the 15th of the month to a bank account for the previous month worked.

📋 Documents:

⏳ Minimum work period:
The minimum work period is 3 months. If you resign without 1 month notice, a penalty of 2000 zł is charged. If you notify in advance, 500 zł is deducted.
