Work in screw production PGB

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, family couples up to 35 years old.

📍 Workplace:
Poland, Zabrze, Fryderyka Wilhelma Redena 3 (~25 km from Katowice).

📍 Registration city:
Poland, Opole.

💵 Salary:
- 22.68 zł/hour net without signing Pit-2;
- 24.47 zł/hour net with signing Pit-2;
- 25.36 zł/hour net for persons up to 26 years old;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with a student certificate available).

🕐 Work Schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- If necessary, work on Saturday is required. The number of such working Saturdays depends on production needs;
- The working day lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- On average 168 - 190 hours/month;
- Work during daytime hours so that the night is left for sleep and rest.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and hence more hours. If there are fewer orders, accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Duties:
- It is necessary to sort and pack screws into boxes and bags. The work is done standing, in small groups of 4 - 6 people, so the process is organized smoothly and with support. It is also necessary to form cardboard boxes for packaging the product and seal bags with plastic parts using a special machine. Additionally, it is required to service a simple automated machine for screw production. This part of the work is performed sitting.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 550 zł/month (deducted from the salary);
- In the case of self-renting, there is an additional payment of 2 zł for each working hour (needs clarification at the office during registration);
- Accommodation is provided in apartments or houses;
- 2 - 4 people will live in the room;
- Regular comfortable beds are provided at the accommodation;
- It is necessary to have personal bed linen, as it is important for hygiene and your comfort.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes take place standing or sitting near production machines;
- Travel to the workplace by public transport. Reimbursement for the travel pass is provided;
- Lunches must be brought with you;
- A comfortable temperature is maintained in the production area. However, there is a separate department where it may be cooler in the winter months, so it is advisable to have warmer clothes for working in this zone;
- It is important to adhere to established rules at the enterprise. It is prohibited to bring and use mobile phones during work. Only company-provided work shoes are allowed on the territory. Moreover, it is necessary to use an individual chip each time when entering and exiting the enterprise, even if it is a short break;
- During the registration period, accommodation is provided in Opole. The cost is 250 zł, to be paid in cash immediately upon registration;
- An advance is credited after 14 days of work in the amount of 300 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 15th of each month to the bank account for the previous worked month.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other agreed documents.

⏳ Minimum work term:
The minimum work period is 3 months. If terminated without 1 month's notice, a penalty of 2000 zł is withheld. If notified in advance, 500 zł is deducted.
