🧑🏻 Candidates:
Women aged 25 to 48 years.

📍 Workplace:
Poland, Kielce, Księdza Piotra Ściegiennego 256.

📍 Registration location:
Poland, Opole.

💵 Salary:
- 22.68 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 25.36 zł/hour net for persons up to 26 years old;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with student certificate);
- Up to 800 zł bonus for performance.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- Working day lasts for 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Work during daylight hours to leave the night for rest and sleep.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders there are at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work and thus more hours. If there are fewer orders, then correspondingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
Packing and sorting department:
- You need to cut out defects in the wood and perform marking of finished elements. You also need to palletize the manufactured products, control the quality of the finished products, operate the scanner during work, and maintain order at the workplace.
Tartak Department:
- You need to control the quality of the wood during work, operate the automated saw, and work with woodworking machines, including a wood optimizer. It's important to ensure a continuous supply of raw materials for the next stages of production to keep the process running smoothly.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Free accommodation provided;
- No compensation for independent rental of housing;
- Accommodation is provided in a house;
- 3 to 4 persons will share a room;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are provided for accommodation;
- You need to have your own bed linen, as it is important for hygiene and your comfort.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- The enterprise is engaged in the production of wooden parquet;
- The work processes are conducted standing with the use of a scanner and near production machines;
- Work is conducted in premises with a comfortable temperature, but it's worth considering the presence of noise and slight dustiness;
- The temperature at the enterprise is +18 - +25 degrees;
- It is mandatory to use personal protective equipment, namely earplugs, mask, and gloves;
- Smoking is completely prohibited on the company premises;
- Travel to the workplace by public transport;
- Accommodation in Opole is provided during registration. The cost is 250 zł, which must be paid in cash immediately upon registration;
- An advance is credited after 14 days of work in the amount of 300 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 15th of each month to a bank account for the previous worked month.

📋 Documents:
Visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum period of work:
The minimum period of work is 3 months. If you quit without a month's notice, a penalty of 2000 zł is withheld. If you notify in advance, a deduction of 500 zł is calculated.
