Work in the production of wood materials

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men aged 25 to 55 years.

📍 Workplace:
Poland, Świdnica (~10 km from Zielona Góra).

💵 Salary:
- 30 zł/hour net standard rate;
- +2 zł/hour net for efficient work without absences;
- A higher rate is provided for students, the final payment amount is determined after submitting documents from a Polish educational institution that confirm studies.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 5 days a week;
- The working day lasts from 07:30 to 15:30;
- Daytime work so that nights are left for sleep and rest.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders the enterprise has. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and thus more hours. If there are fewer orders, accordingly, the hours will be slightly less.

🛠 Duties:
- You need to engage in wood processing. During the work process, you need to sort wood, adjust it to size, and work with wood processing equipment. You also need to cut trunks, prepare materials for further use, and neatly stack finished products on pallets. During the work process, there is a periodic change of work positions, allowing one to work at different stages of the production process. This approach helps to evenly distribute the load, better master different processes, and makes the work more varied and interesting.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation is provided free of charge;
- 4 people will reside in a room;
- Housing with all amenities for comfortable living;
- The accommodation is within walking distance, making it easy to reach work on foot. Everything is thought out for your convenience, so you can feel comfortable every day.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- It is important to have good physical condition and not have spine problems, as well as to be free of alcohol habits;
- Work experience is not required, everything is taught on-site and work processes are explained;
- ​​​​Work can be performed outdoors, under a canopy, or indoors, depending on the current tasks at the enterprise;
- The enterprise predominantly employs citizens of Ukraine and Georgia;
- At the initial stage, you need to have your own work clothes. After passing the probationary period, all necessary clothing for further work is provided;
- Meals are not provided, lunch needs to be brought with you;
- An advance can be received after working one week;
- Salaries are credited to a bank account between the 15th and 20th of each month.

🔴 Requirements:
- Experience in construction work or physical labor is required.
