Work in the production of pigment in granules at Global Colors

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 55 years old.

📍 Work location:
Poland, Kędzierzyn-Koźle, Szkolna 15 (~60 km from Opole).

📍 Registration location:
Poland, Opole.

💵 Salary:
- 22.68 zł/hour net without signing Pit-2;
- 24.47 zł/hour net with signing Pit-2;
- 25.36 zł/hour net for persons under 26 years old;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate);
- After working over 240 hours, the rate doubles and is paid as a bonus;
- Bonus of 1500 zł net after 6 months of work;
- Salary increase after 3 - 6 months of work, depending on results and productivity.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Floating (shift) schedule;
- A day off may fall on a weekday, Saturday, or Sunday;
- The working day lasts 12 hours;
- First shift from 07:00 to 19:00;
- Second shift from 19:00 to 07:00;
- On average, 260 hours/month.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders at the company. If there are many orders, there will be more work and, consequently, more hours. If there are fewer orders, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to mix ingredients according to a recipe, with data indicated in Latin letters. You need to work with precise scales and a measuring scoop, and also several times per hour add pigments into the device. Then you need to pack and label the finished product, weigh the bags, and neatly stack them on pallets. If you notice a mistake, it is important to report it immediately, not rush, and carefully check the recipe. You also need to maintain cleanliness at the workplace and regularly clean equipment.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 550 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- In case of self-renting housing, a bonus of 2 zł per working hour is provided (need to clarify at the office during registration);
- Accommodation is provided in a house;
- 2 or 3  people will live in a room;
- Regular convenient beds are provided in the accommodation;
- You need to have your own bed linen, as this is important for hygiene and your comfort;
- Housing is located approximately 2 kilometers from the workplace. You can walk to work.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes take place standing near production machines;
- Production of polymer food paint in granules for plastic;
- Work is not physically difficult, but the hall can be noisy and dusty;
- If necessary, you can use noise-canceling headphones or a protective mask;
- A lunch subsidy of 15 zł/day is provided;
- It is possible to order hot dishes from restaurants in this area via an app on your phone, and the order is delivered directly to the factory;
- One day before signing the contract, you can inspect the workplace and enterprise. Departure from Opole to the factory takes place with a coordinator;
- Bags with raw materials weigh up to 25 kilograms;
- During the winter period, it may be cool indoors, so a warm sweater is provided for comfortable work;
- You need to know Latin letters;
- Accommodation is provided in Opole during registration. The cost is 250 zł, payment is required in cash upon registration;
- An advance is paid after 14 days of work in the amount of 300 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 15th of each month to the bank account for the previous worked month.

🔴 Requirements:
- Understanding of the Polish language is required to easily navigate the processes.

📋 Documents:
Visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum work period:
The minimum work period is 3 months. If you quit without one month's notice, a fine of 2000 zł is withheld. If you give early notice, 500 zł is deducted.
