Work in the production of metal containers Strumet

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men aged 20 to 48 years. 

📍 Workplace: 
Poland, Strumień, Londzina 61 (~55 km from Katowice).

📍 Registration City:
Poland, Świdnica or Strumień.

💵 Salary:
- 24,50 - 25 zł/hour net regular rate;
- Student rate not provided;
- If a full month is worked without absences, an additional 2 zł is added to each hour;
- Upon meeting the plan, an additional 1.5 zł is added to each hour of work on assembly, grinding, and welding processes.

🕐 Work Schedule:
- Work from Monday to Saturday;
- Working day lasts 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00 or from 02:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00 or from 14:00 to 02:00;
- There is an opportunity to work overtime if you wish to earn more;
- On average 220 - 240 hours/month.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders the company has. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and hence more hours. If there are fewer orders, accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to assemble metal boxes, pack finished products, and hang parts on traverses. You also need to prepare parts for welding, performing all stages carefully and sequentially.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 400 zł per month (deducted from salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a house or apartment;
- 3 or 4 people will live in the room;
- Regular comfortable beds are installed in the accommodation;
- You need to have your own bed linen, as this is important for hygiene and your comfort;
- Housing is available within walking distance of about 20 minutes, or with free transportation within 10 - 15 minutes.

📌 Additional Information:
- You need to have the desire to work;
- Work processes take place standing and in motion;
- In winter, no one works in T-shirts, everyone works in warm sweaters and jackets;
- An advance can be received after working the first week, up to the point of receiving the first salary. After the first salary is paid, advances are no longer provided;
- Salary is credited on the 10th of each month to a bank account for the previous month worked.
