Work in the production of gyoza dumplings Ajinomoto

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women aged 20 to 45 years.

📍 Workplace:
Poland, Częstochowa, Bór 66 L.

💵 Salary:
- The rate for women is 25.30 zł/hour net;
- For men — 25.80 zł/hour net;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with a student certificate).

🕐 Working schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday, sometimes working Saturdays are also possible, but this is rare;
- The working day lasts 12 hours;
- The first shift is from 06:00 to 18:00;
- The second shift is from 18:00 to 06:00;
- Two paid 15-minute breaks are provided during the working day.

It's important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. Conversely, if the volume of orders decreases, the number of working hours also decreases.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You will need to sort and pack finished products, as well as maintain order at your workplace. Dough is prepared automatically using special equipment, and no manual kneading is required. Responsibilities also include washing production equipment and boxes used for products.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 500 zł per month (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- If you rent accommodation independently, there is a supplement of 1 zł for each worked hour;
- Accommodation is provided in a house or hostel;
- Rooms will house 3–4 persons;
- Separate rooms are provided for married couples;
- Regular comfortable single beds are equipped in the accommodation;
- The housing is located about a 20-minute walk from work, so you can get there on foot;
- Nearby are all the necessary shops and other urban infrastructure.

📌 Additional information:
- The temperature at the enterprise is maintained from +20 to +24 degrees;
- Most work processes are done standing, but there are also a few sitting tasks. During the shift, tasks may change, so you don’t have to perform the same work for all 12 hours;
- The noise level is within the norm. Since it is food production, during work there may be dust from flour and regular product smells, including dough, onions, potatoes, and seasonings;
- A medical examination is provided free of charge after working 2 months. Before undergoing it, a 100 zł deposit is required, which is refunded after 2 months of work. If you work less than this period, 400 zł is deducted from your salary;
- An advance of 200 zł can be received after 14 days of work. It is usually provided once, but a repeat advance can be agreed on if necessary;
- The salary is credited by the 15th of each month for the previous worked month exclusively to a Polish bank account.

✅ Advantages:
- Work clothes are provided for free, namely lightweight work shoes, 2–3 pairs of trousers, 2–3 T-shirts, and a long-sleeved jacket. All work uniforms are white in color;
- Knowledge of Polish and work experience are not required;
- Work processes are clear, and everything necessary is shown and explained on-site, so even without experience, you can quickly adapt.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free travel, visa, residence card, temporary protection in Poland, and other documents as agreed.

⏳ Minimum working period:
The minimum work period is 2 months. If you work less than this period, 400 zł will be deducted from your salary for the medical examination. If you plan to resign, you must give notice at least 14 days in advance. In case of resignation without prior notice, a penalty equivalent to 5 working days' salary will be imposed.
