Work in the production of mineral wool Petralana

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 55 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Bytom, Konstytucji 74 (~20 km from Katowice).

💵 Salary:
- 25 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31.40 for students under 26 years old (with student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 5 - 7 days a week;
- Working day lasts 8 - 10 hours;
- First shift from 07:00 to 19:00;
- Second shift from 19:00 to 07:00;​​
- On average 260 hours/month.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders at the company. If there are many orders, there will be more work, hence more hours. If there are fewer orders, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Duties:
- Need to remove mineral wool from rolls, work on the production line, and closely monitor the quality of the material during work. Also, need to label the rolls of mineral wool and check if they meet the company's standards. Additionally, need to pack ready rolls onto pallets for transportation, use necessary equipment and packaging materials, and ensure the packaging is strong and reliable.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation not provided, need to have own housing;
- In case of self-renting, a surcharge of 1.50 zł for each working hour is provided (surcharge not available for students).

📄 Employment contract: 
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes take place standing at the conveyor line;
- Maximum lifting weight is 20 kilograms;
- Travel to the workplace by public transport;
- An advance is provided after 14 days of work in the amount of 500 zł.

⚠️ Penalties:
Absence from work:
- If you do not inform the coordinator about not coming to work, a penalty of 300 zł is charged;
- There may also be a penalty if the absence is reported in the morning on the day of the shift without a valid reason.
Alcohol and discipline:
- Appearing on shift in a state of intoxication is punishable by a 1500 zł fine and dismissal;
- If alcohol is consumed in the hostel and it disturbs others, a warning is issued first;
- If the situation repeats, a 1500 zł fine and dismissal.
If unwell:
- In case of feeling unwell, you need to see a doctor or call an ambulance;
- You must definitely take an L4 certificate and inform the coordinator to coordinate everything calmly and avoid unpleasant situations.
