Work in the production of door handles Axa Stenman

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 50 years old.

📍 Work location:
Poland, Zawiercie, Technologiczna 8 (~45 km from Katowice).

📍 Registration location:
Poland, Świdnica or Zawiercie.

💵 Salary:
- 30.56 zł/hour gross regular rate;
- The salary including all bonuses can be up to 6,255 zł gross;
- A monthly attendance bonus of 300 zł gross is provided;
- For good performance, one can additionally receive a bonus of up to 16% of the base rate (approximately up to 821 zł gross);
- All overtime hours are paid with a 50% supplement;
- For working night shifts, a 20% supplement to the rate is provided;
- Overtime work at night and work on Saturdays are paid with a 100% supplement.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- The working day lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- Two paid 20-minute breaks are provided during the working day.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the number of orders at the enterprise. When there are more orders, more hours can be worked. If there are fewer orders, the number of working hours will accordingly be slightly less.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to assemble door handle parts, as well as perform simple production processes related to casting, grinding, and polishing metal elements.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 700 zł per month (amount is deducted from the salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- 3–4 people will live in the rooms;
- The housing is equipped with regular comfortable beds;
- You need to have your own bedding, as this is important for hygiene and your comfort;
- The accommodation is located approximately 2.5 km from the workplace. If needed, you can use city buses for free that run along this route.

📌 Additional information:
- The work processes are carried out at a workbench and can be both sitting and standing, depending on the task you are performing at that moment;
- The maximum weight of a box with handles can reach 25 kg, but such boxes need to be carried only periodically, not throughout the entire shift;
- Meals are not provided at the enterprise, but there are vending machines where you can buy ready-to-eat meals, drinks, and snacks. You can also bring your own food and heat it in a microwave oven;
- After the first week of work, an advance can be received before the first salary payment. Thereafter, advances are not provided;
- The salary is paid on the 10th of each month to a bank account for the previous worked month.

🔴 Requirements:
- Knowledge of Polish language at a minimum level is required.

- For every fully worked month, 2 days of paid vacation are provided;
- Work takes place indoors with a comfortable room temperature;
- Work experience is not required;
- The job is not difficult, as all processes are well-organized, and at every stage, you can count on help and support;
- Assistance is provided with the application for a residence card.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection in Poland, and other documents upon agreement.

⏳ Minimum work period:
You need to work for at least 4 months, otherwise, 300 zł will be deducted from your salary.
