Work in the production of ventilation systems Smay

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 50 years of age.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Podłęże, 678 (~25 km from Kraków).

💵 Salary:
- 25,36 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31,40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with a student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- Working day lasts 8 or 12 hours;
- You can choose on your own how many hours to work, 8 or 12, depending on how you prefer to adapt the schedule to your needs and plan your day.
The work schedule for an 8-hour workday is as follows:
- First shift is from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift is from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift is from 22:00 to 06:00.
The work schedule for a 12-hour workday is as follows:
- First shift is from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift is from 18:00 to 06:00.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders there are at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work, hence more hours. If there are fewer orders, then there will be slightly fewer hours accordingly.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to work on the production line, performing the installation of elements of ventilation systems, such as grilles, converters, diffusers, and hanging parts. The work includes assembling products according to the instructions, where everything is shown and explained step by step. It is also important to check the quality of the final product, pack it, and maintain cleanliness and order at the workplace, following simple work rules.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 650 zł/month (deducted from the salary);
- In case of independent rental, an allowance of 0,84 zł for each hour worked is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in apartments and houses;
- 3 or 4 people will live in a room;
- For a family couple, a separate room is provided to ensure comfort and coziness;
- Transport from accommodation to the workplace is organized. Everything is designed for your convenience, so you feel comfortable every day.

Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- The company is engaged in the production of ventilation and air distribution equipment, as well as manufacturing special smoke protection systems and fire safety solutions used in modern buildings and industrial facilities;
- Work processes take place standing at the conveyor line;
- There is an opportunity to come and inspect the workplace before starting work to calmly familiarize yourself with the conditions, see the processes, and understand what everything looks like in practice;
- Work takes place in a modern production facility, where it is clean and free of unpleasant odors;
- A comfortable microclimate is created so that it is convenient for you to work throughout the day;
- Medical examination and safety training cost 250 zł (deducted from the first salary);
- Lunch should be brought with you;
- An advance payment is paid after the first week worked in the amount of 200 zł. This is a one-time payment until the first salary is received. Advance payments are made from the 10th to the 23rd of each month;
- The salary is credited between the 20th and 25th to a bank account.

🔴 Requirements: 
- Basic knowledge of the Polish language is required.

⏳ Minimum work term:
You need to work at least 168 hours. If you suddenly decide to quit earlier, be sure to give two weeks' notice. If you do not do this, 1000 zł will be deducted from the last salary.
