🧑🏻 Candidates:

📍 Work City: 
Poland, Białystok, Handlowa 5.

📍 Registration City:
If you have your own accommodation, registration takes place in Białystok. If you need accommodation from the employer, then registration takes place in Łódź.

💵 Salary:
- 25.36 zł/hour net, this amount already includes an additional 3 zł for signing the Pit-2 declaration;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with a student certificate).

🕐 Work Schedule:
- Flexible (variable) schedule;
- Days off can fall on weekdays, as well as on Saturday or Sunday, while Friday is a day off;
- Work 5 - 6 days a week;
- Work day lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- There is an option to work 10 hours upon request. Such a schedule is chosen during reservation.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders there are at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and hence more hours. If there are fewer orders, accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
Sorting process. Work intended for men:
- The job involves unloading and loading transport with parcels. If you have a UDT certificate, it will be a great advantage.
Collation process. Work intended for men and women:
- You need to compile orders according to the information specified on the label, pack finished containers with food in paper bags and work standing near the conveyor line.
Packing process. Work intended for men and women:
- You need to pack ingredients in trays according to the established standard, control the weight and appearance of portions, check the quality of products and maintain cleanliness and order at the workplace.

Work may involve different processes. Who works and where depends on the need at a specific moment. Everything is distributed on-site, so it is impossible to say in advance. But all processes are clear, and everything will be calmly taught on-site.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 700 zł per month (deducted from the salary);
- Accommodation is provided in an apartment;
- 3 or 4 people will reside in a room;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are set up in the accommodation;
- A separate room is provided for a married couple to ensure comfort and coziness;
- You need to have your own bed linen, as this is important for hygiene and your comfort.

📌 Additional Information:
- There is a convenient smoking area, spacious canteen, locker room, and everything necessary for comfortable work every day on the enterprise's territory;
- Work processes occur standing and moving near the conveyor line;
- Temperature in the room is +6 - +8 degrees;
- Lunch needs to be brought with you;
- Sanitary booklet costs 220 zł and is deducted from the salary only if you work less than 3 months. It is valid for 2 years and is handed to you;
- Medical examination costs 165 zł and is deducted from the salary if you work less than three months;
- Advance is given after 7 days of work in the amount of 300 - 400 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 20th - 25th day to a bank account.

🔴 Requirements:
- Minimum level of Polish language knowledge is required, sufficient to read names and information on labels.

Note:

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum Term of Employment:
The minimum period of employment is 3 months. If you plan to quit, you must notify 2 weeks in advance. There are no fines or salary deductions, the main thing is to report in time.
