🧑🏻 Candidates:

💵 Salary:
- 25.36 zł/hour net provided a PIT-2 declaration is signed. This amount already includes a supplement of 3 zł;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with a student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Floating (variable) schedule;
- Work 5–6 days a week;
- Friday is always a day off, Saturday and Sunday are working days. Other days off may fall on weekdays;
- The working day lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- Optionally, it is possible to work 10 hours.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. If the volume of orders decreases, the number of working hours decreases accordingly.

🛠 Duties:
Sorting process. Work intended for men:
- You need to load and unload transport with parcels. The presence of a UDT license will be an additional advantage.

Completing process. Work intended for men and women:
- You need to complete orders according to the information on the labels, pack ready food containers in paper bags and work standing by the conveyor line.

Packing process. Work intended for men and women:
- You need to pack ingredients in trays according to established standards, control the weight and appearance of portions, check the quality of products, and maintain order at the workplace.

Washing process. Work intended for women and men:
- You need to wash dishes, containers, and kitchen equipment manually or using industrial dishwashing machines. You also need to prepare workplaces and equipment for subsequent processes, sort waste, replenish cleaning supplies, and maintain order.

Assistant process in the kitchen. Work intended for women and men at the address Leśna 4, 16-061 Ignatki-Osiedle:
- You need to work with a juicing machine, prepare and pack pancakes, crepes, and sushi.

Maintaining cleanliness process:
- You need to maintain cleanliness and order in work premises, wash dishes, containers, and kitchen equipment. You also need to prepare workplaces for subsequent processes, dispose of waste, and monitor the availability of cleaning agents.

Work may take place in different processes, and the allocation is done directly on site depending on current needs. It is impossible to determine the specific process in advance, but all tasks are clear, and before starting work, everything will be explained in detail and help will be provided to adapt.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 700 zł per month (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- If you rent accommodation independently, a supplement of 1 zł is provided for each worked hour;
- Accommodation is provided in an apartment;
- 3–4 people will live in the rooms;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are arranged in the accommodation;
- Separate rooms are provided for married couples;
- You need to have your own bedding for personal comfort and hygiene.

Umowa zlecenia.

📌 Additional information:
- There is a convenient smoking area, a spacious canteen, a dressing room, and everything necessary for comfortable conditions during the working day on the premises of the enterprise;
- Work processes are carried out standing and moving by the conveyor line;
- The temperature in the workrooms is maintained from +6 to +8 degrees;
- You need to bring your own lunch;
- Sanitary booklet costs 350 zł (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- A medical examination is provided free of charge if you work for at least 3 months;
- An advance can be received after 7 days of work in the amount of 300–400 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 20th–25th of the month to a bank account.

🔴 Requirements:
- A minimum level of Polish knowledge is required, sufficient to read names and information on labels.

📋 Documents:

⏳ Minimum working period:
The minimum working period is 3 months. If you plan to resign, you must notify 2 weeks in advance. There are no fines or withholdings from the salary, the main thing is to notify in time.
