🧑🏻 Candidates:

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Jelcz-Laskowice, Japońska 1 (~35 km from Wrocław).

💵 Salary:
- 24 zł/hour net, this amount already includes a 1 zł supplement for signing the Pit-2 declaration;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with student certificate);
- Supplement of 1 zł for each hour of work when working 240 hours/month;
- For good work, an additional bonus of up to 300 zł is provided.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 5 - 6 days a week;
- Day off on Sunday;
- The working day lasts 8 - 12 hours;
- During the working day, there is a 30-minute break to rest and recharge;
- Shifts are distributed directly on site, and it is not possible to choose only one shift permanently;
- On average, one can work 200 - 260 hours a month. 
Work schedule with an 8-hour workday:
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00.
Work schedule with a 12-hour workday:
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00.

It is important to understand that you cannot independently choose to work for 8 or 12 hours. The duration of the workday is set by the employer and is not subject to change.
The number of hours depends on how many orders there are in the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, then accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Duties:
- Materials need to be inserted into the machine for labeling, assembly, and receiving finished products after processing. Duties include quality inspection of products and control for defects, packing products in boxes, stacking drip tubes and other elements, labeling, and maintaining cleanliness at the workplace.

Work can be on different processes. Who and where works depends on the need at a specific moment. Everything is distributed on site, so it's impossible to say in advance. But all processes are clear, and everything will be calmly taught on site.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 420 zł per month (cost is deducted from wages);
- For students, accommodation with transport costs 750 zł per month (cost is deducted from wages);
- In case of independent rental of accommodation, a supplement of 2 zł for each worked hour is provided, but not more than 400 zł per month. Such a supplement is not provided for students;
- 2 - 6 people will live in the room;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are arranged in the housing.

📌 Additional information:
- During the registration at the office, a short test is conducted to check the level of the Polish language;
- The work takes place in sterile and comfortable rooms with room temperature. A separate type of product, such as tablets, ampoules, tests, drip kits, and other medical materials, is packed in each room;
- You need to have good vision, you can work with glasses as the work involves tasks with small products, small labels, and instructions;
- Important manual skills and attentiveness are required;
- If you wish, you can eventually move to a more responsible position as an operator. This means a bit more control over the line, but nothing complicated. You will need to undergo short training for this;
- Before starting work, it is necessary to undergo training at all stages of production so that you can easily master different tasks and feel confident in the workplace;
- You must follow appearance requirements, as the company has a high level of sterility and cleanliness. Visible makeup on the face, extended eyelashes, or nails are not allowed. Nails must be minimally long without varnish, gel polish, or any coating. Jewelry and piercings are completely prohibited;
- Work processes are approximately equally divided into sitting and standing, making the work more comfortable during the shift. To avoid monotony, tasks within the department are changed every few hours;
- The production process is highly automated and organized in stages. Special machines and equipment are used for packing, labeling, and packaging components. Each person performs a separate part of the process, such as opening boxes, inserting ampoules or tablets, adding instructions, or submitting products for labeling;
- The temperature at the enterprise is +25 degrees;
- On the enterprise territory, there is a dressing room and a dining room with all necessary equipment, including refrigerators, kettles, toasters, microwaves, and food vending machines;
- The commute to work costs 120 zł per month (cost is deducted from wages);
- Medical examination costs 150 zł (cost is deducted from wages);
- An advance is provided after 7 days of work in the amount of 300 - 400 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 20th - 25th to the bank account.
🚍 Transport is provided from the following locations:

- Hirszfelda, Jelcz-Laskowice;
- Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego 105, 50-046 Wrocław;
- Własta Piotra 10, 55-200 Oława.

🔴 Requirements:
- Knowledge of the Polish language at a communicative level is required.

⏳ Minimum work period:
The minimum work period is 3 months. If you plan to resign, you must notify 2 weeks before resignation. There are no fines or deductions from wages, the important thing is to notify on time.
