Work in the production of medical goods SteriPack (Ensera)

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, family pairs up to 50 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Jelcz-Laskowice, Japońska 1 (~35 km from Wrocław).

📍 Place of registration:
Poland, Wrocław.

💵 Salary:
- 24 zł/hour net, this amount already includes an additional payment of 1 zł/hour under the condition of signing PIT-2;
- 31,40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student status);
- An additional payment of 1 zł for each worked hour is provided after working 240 hours per month;
- A performance-based bonus of up to 300 zł is available;
- For those who travel to work from Wrocław independently, there is an additional payment of 1,50 zł for each worked hour.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 5–7 days a week;
- A day off can fall on a weekday or on a Saturday or Sunday;
- The workday lasts 8 or 12 hours;
- Shifts are distributed on the spot depending on work processes and production needs;
- During the workday, a 30-minute break is provided;
- On average, you can work 200–260 hours per month.
Work schedule with an 8-hour workday:
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00.
Work schedule with a 12-hour workday:
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00.

It's important to understand that you cannot choose the duration of the workday or a specific shift, as the schedule is distributed on the spot depending on the company's needs. The number of working hours also depends on the volume of orders: if there are many orders, there will be more hours, and if fewer, the number of working hours will decrease accordingly.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to place materials into special machines and remove finished products after processing. You also need to assemble drip tubes and other medical elements, label, and pack finished products into boxes. Responsibilities include checking the quality of products for defects and maintaining cleanliness in the workplace.

The work may involve different processes, and tasks change periodically within the department.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 420 zł per month (amount deducted from salary);
- For students, accommodation with transport costs 750 zł per month (amount deducted from salary);
- If you rent housing independently, an additional 2 zł is paid for each worked hour, but not more than 400 zł per month. This payment is not provided for students;
- Rooms accommodate 2–6 people;
- Rooms are equipped with regular single-tier beds.

📌 Additional information:
- The company is engaged in the repackaging of medical drugs and materials, including pills, ampoules, tests, drip kits, and other medical products;
- Work is conducted in clean sterile rooms with room temperature;
- The production process is highly automated. Special equipment is used for assembling packaging, labeling, and packing components;
- Work processes are approximately equally divided into sitting and standing. Every few hours, tasks may change within the department;
- Good eyesight is required, glasses can be worn;
- A short test to check the level of Polish is conducted during the registration at the office;
- The company maintains high sterility standards. Makeup, extended eyelashes and nails, jewelry, and piercings are not allowed. Nails should be short and without any coating;
- Over time, there is an opportunity to move to a more responsible position of an operator and control the work of a small production line. This requires training and sufficient level of Polish;
- Work clothes are provided for free, including comfortable soft slippers, a work gown, and disposable caps and gloves. The work gown is issued weekly;
- There is a changing room and canteen with refrigerators, kettles, toasters, microwaves, and vending machines with food on-site;
- Free tea and coffee are provided, fresh fruits are delivered every Wednesday, and catering is organized once a month;
- Water coolers are available throughout the company premises;
- Medical examination costs 150 zł (amount deducted from the first salary);
- An advance can be obtained after the first worked week;
- Salaries are credited from the 20th to the 25th of each month to a Polish bank account for the previous worked month;
🚍 Free transportation is provided from the following locations:
- Transport from Oława costs 150 zł per month (amount deducted from salary);
- Transport from Jelcz-Laskowice costs 120 zł per month (amount deducted from salary). The bus picks up from Biedronka, Miłoszyce, Oławska, and Wolności stops;
- Transport from Wrocław costs 180 zł per month (amount deducted from salary).

🔴 Requirements:
- Knowledge of the Polish language at a level not lower than A2 is required.

⏳ Minimum employment period:
The minimum employment period is 3 months. If you plan to resign, you must notify 2 weeks before leaving. There are no fines or salary deductions, the main thing is to notify on time.
