🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, couples up to 50 years old.

📍 Location of work:
Poland, Bolesławiec, Mostowa 1 (~50 km from Legnica).

💵 Salary:
- 28 zł/hour net regular rate;
- +2 zł/hour net for efficient work without absences;
- A higher rate is provided for students, with the final amount determined after submitting documents from a Polish educational institution confirming enrollment.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- Every second Saturday is a working day;
- The working day lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Work during daytime hours so that the night is reserved for sleep and rest.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work and, consequently, more hours. If there are fewer orders, then there will accordingly be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Visually and manually inspect finished leather elements according to established requirements and samples, control them using a thickness gauge and special templates, identify possible defects and discrepancies, and record the results of the inspection. It is also necessary to maintain cleanliness and order at the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 800 zł/month (deducted from the salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel, house or apartment;
- 2 - 4 people will live in a room;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are provided in the accommodation;
- A separate room is provided for a couple to ensure comfort and coziness;
- The accommodation may be located in different places. If it is nearby, walking is possible, and for those living further away, there is a possibility to use public transport to and from the workplace;
- One can settle in after working 50 hours or earlier, but in such a case, the cost of accommodation for the first week must be paid independently.

📌 Additional information:
- A short interview must be passed before employment. It can be conducted either online or on-site;
- The enterprise is engaged in the production of leather elements for automotive equipment;
- Before starting work, a medical certificate costing 80 zł must be drawn up. Help with the registration is provided, and the expenses will be reimbursed along with the salary;
- At the initial stage, you need to have your own work clothes. After passing the probationary period, all necessary clothes for further work are provided;
- Meals are not provided, lunch must be brought with you;
- Good eyesight is required. If you wear glasses or contact lenses — this is not a problem, you can work in them;
- Perfect written Polish is not required, as during reporting, mainly numbers need to be recorded;
- An advance can be received after working for one week;
- Salaries are credited to a bank account between the 15th and 20th of each month.

🔴 Requirements:
- Knowledge of the Polish language at a communicative level is required, as well as the ability to read and write.

For employment in this position, it is necessary to fill out a questionnaire when booking.

📋 Documents: 
EU citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection in Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum term of work:
The minimum term of work is three months.
